Ordered delivery and they didn’t give me any sauces at all. The pizza looked like it was tossed around. Nothing looked good at all. Had to drive all the way back just to get my sauces. Worker seemed like he didn’t care. I order delivery so I don’t have to drive up here to get my pizza after a long day. Totally unacceptable to pay 40 dollars and still get the service that I got.

Very poor service I called to place an order and I ask who was the manger and whoever answered the phone clearly said the manger was a human okay jerk you want to be a smart ass. That’s what you called poor service and yall need to make sure who yall hire never again will I go to this place

You do not spend your money or your time in this place the worst service. I ordered a pizza at 12 pm and I started to pick it up at 1 pm and they had already given it to someone else and to make matters worse they didn't give me an option, just that and that's it. Until the manager arrived who doesn't speak English and doesn't understand He brings the pizza to make me wait another hour, 1:40 pm and as soon as I came out, it's a horror, this staff needs to hire people who know how to do their job...

After 40 minutes the app says "pizza ready at the counter" but I approach and I am told "no metieron su pizza, oiga". They hadnt even started worlkng on it. Edit to add that while they didnt apologize, they did give me complimentsry bread sticks.
Most of the time the food is really good. This time it seemed like it had been out of the oven for 20 minutes before I got it and it had only been 15 minutes since I ordered.

They got my order wrong, both pizza and cheese sticks. Do NOT put someone behind the counter that doesn’t fully understand English, or can’t properly communicate and can at least repeat the order back to you. I also waited over 40 mins for my food, and out of all the awkward eye contact, none of the girls working could ask what my order was, until I walked up to the counter. I get that they’re busy but getting overwhelmed and running to the back is not going to make matters better.
