I tried to place an order online, but their online orders were turned off. I called to order my pizza, and they told me they weren’t taking phone orders either. I told them their online orders were disabled, and the person said, “Yeah, we’re closed for now.” I replied that they weren’t supposed to be closed yet since it was only 3 p.m. I asked how I was supposed to place my order, and they just put me on hold. They clearly don’t want to take orders. It’s also hard to understand them because of their accent. The manager should really check what’s going on with the ordering system.

Ordered delivery and they didn’t give me any sauces at all. The pizza looked like it was tossed around. Nothing looked good at all. Had to drive all the way back just to get my sauces. Worker seemed like he didn’t care. I order delivery so I don’t have to drive up here to get my pizza after a long day. Totally unacceptable to pay 40 dollars and still get the service that I got.

I ordered a pizza at 12 pm and I started to pick it up at 1 pm and they had already given it to someone else and to make matters worse they didn't give me an option, just that and that's it. Until the manager arrived who doesn't speak English and doesn't understand He brings the pizza to make me wait another hour, 1:40 pm and as soon as I came out, it's a horror, this staff needs to hire people who know how to do their job...

After 40 minutes the app says "pizza ready at the counter" but I approach and I am told "no metieron su pizza, oiga". They hadnt even started worlkng on it. Edit to add that while they didnt apologize, they did give me complimentsry bread sticks.
