The customer service at the Abrams location is the absolute worst. The employees stay in the kitchen out of sight and do whatever they want rather than come to the front when a customer walks in. And if you try to get their attention, they ignore you. They also rarely answer the phone so don't bother calling ahead. It's a shame because the food is good for the price point. But I'm done with this place. I'm so tired of lazy employees and terrible service.

The worst service ever had. I ordered online at 6:50 pm. I had a pickup time of 7:45. I arrived at 7:50 and my order wasn't ready. The black lady in the back did ask if I had an online order and stated that they weren't taking walk in orders. Then she went to the back and did not return. I waited over 45 mins for my order. They were totally unorganized and several other users came in and left due to the orders not being ready.Save yourself the aggravation and order somewhere else. This location has been in decline for several years and only survives due to the name and location.

Listen up everybody stop making orders in this location unless you wanna way for you order almost an hour when supposed be only 15 to 20 min they don't have enough people and when you ask the guys what's going on they so Rude I hope they hired more people or am pretty they gonna be out of business pretty soon ???????????

Ordered from here at 11 something right when they first opened. At first I was giving them the benefit of the doubt because they had just open the store but after an hour of waiting and 2 dashers later I just canceled my order. A thin crust with crazy bread doesn’t take long to make. I worked there 2 years ago. It’s 10 minutes max for a wait.

It's been a good couple years since I've eaten LilC's due to a bad pizza experience. Stuck with Domino's for a while. But I've been seeing reviews on YT on how LilC's has gotten better?? So I decided to check the menu and I ordered the half pepperoni half Italian cheese bread. And ordered extra crazy sauce.I ordered my pizza at 11:am when they first opened. I didn't take a slice to eat until later on bc I was busy and wanted to eat the pizza later.Kept it on the stove in the box until I took a slice to eat. Which was 2 hours later and by now it's cold. Which I didn't mind bc if you can pass the cold pizza taste good taste test then your awesome pizza.Ate the Italian cheese bread cold first and dipped it in the crazy sauce. Not bad for being cold.An hour later got a slice of the pepperoni pizza and took a good bite with no sauce and it was good. Dipped half eaten into the sauce and it was delicious!!! I'm very impressed with the taste of it since it was cold!!The photos are of the pizza already sitting cold on my oven for over 2 hours! And the pizza looks like I just bought it hot!! Btw this pizza is from the Abrams and Skillman area in Dallas.I can't vouch for other LilC's but this one I can and say order away bc they make a damn good pizza to go!!Will be coming back when I feel pizza hungry!! Domino's gonna be second take due to no new pizza ideas and price being just a little bit higher for variety.LilC's ???Domino's ??

I will like to say that this is the best pizza place ever! It was delicious and left with a good amount of joy! Definitely would buy from here again ! Shout out to Mateo the assistant manager and Isaac and Alicia for making my pizza ! 10/10 Definitely recommended.

Paid for an order I never received, it has been 2 months now and the issue is still not resolved, the managers there are no help at all and I even emailed the company and still no response. This location did not used to be like this, this was my go to spot for pizza but this year the quality service and atmosphere have taken a huge hit they are even refusing to take orders inside the store, in a business Perspective that is a huge no no. Sad to say that I will not be going to any of their locations again, it was not my intention but with how bad the store has got and not one person in the company has even reached out to fix my issue after I finally get my issue resolved I’m done. There is no shortage of places to get pizza from.
