I ordered and within 20 minutes I was there to pickup my order. The manager Maria made me show my ID even after I showed QR code, the actual numerical code and confirmed the last 4 of card used for mobile order. I ordered two pizzas for an event. She said someone had taken the pizza and accused me of sharing my code which wasn’t true. Instead of accommodating she wanted me to wait additional time which I made me more late to the event. Will not be back. If a customer is inconvenienced, they should be accommodated. Horrible service

I ordered a create your own crazy crust pizza. Called because they didn’t do the crazy crust, the gentleman I spoke with said okay to my complaint. I had to ask him aren’t you going to refund me? Said he can’t refund me, there are no partial refunds. Then he got Maira on the phone and I explained what happened and she said okay. I’ll give you a new free pizza and bring that one back 🤣 ma’am that’s not free you’re replacing your mistake, second, that’s not a good response when you want me to waste time and gas. It’s okay, I’ll be taking it up with corporate Monday. Thank you Maira, for your poor service complaint skills and choice of words. You lost my business and I order from here frequently, enjoy your day!

Very unpleasant experience front of the house employees very unapproachable !!! When inquiring about new menu options I was given little to none information wise !! Very unfortunate how terrible my experience was especially with the location so close to my job !! As lead every pay day myself and my co- pilot (🤣🤣🍪🍪) provide lunch as a form of appreciation to our employees
