The young ppl you have working there must not understand what extra is or means. When you spend 30+ dollars on 2 Pizzas 3 meat treats...then get home and pizza hardly has meat on it..that makes you wonder. Do certain people get good pizzas with meat on them? I will take my business elsewhere. Maybe Pizza Hut knows what paying for extras means.

He gave me the order and I told him, thank you very much and he didn't answer me either, I think they should train their employees so that they don't make their customers uncomfortable and unspeakable.

Placed an order for pickup the day before, got the email it was ready, went to pick up, and they GAVE MY PIZZA AWAY. I ordered for a specific time because I needed it for a school event and I had to wait for my order to be made. Then they want to blame me because I wasn’t there at the exact time it was supposed to be ready, even though I didn’t get the email saying it was ready until ten minutes after it was supposed to be ready.

Lame store! I placed an online order at the wrong location and called this number and said they were gonna cancel it but never did!! Than phone started saying sorry your call can’t be completed as dialed

I placed an online order at 7:35pm. It’s 9:01pm and I still haven’t received my order. Customer service tried calling to check on my order and no one answered. It took 3 tries for someone to finally answer and let me know someone took my order over 30mins ago, and they refused to reissue it to the driver who was there waiting. So, I’ve been ripped off because they chose to use a BUM from door dash; when I placed the order through the actual site. The guy didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. He was just like “yeah well..” never again.
