Went in, nobody in sight, waited a couple minutes, started knocking, whistling, yelling but no one would hear me because they were all in the back, I could hear them talking. I decide to scream a little louder, someone comes out rudely stating that I shouldn't be yelling. Explained i had been there for a while and what all i was doing to get their attention, she stated i was lying, I had just come in the door. Very rude service. Had to speak to manager. Hopefully she can retrain her employees on customer service.

I made a call to order pizza, a young woman answered me who was very rude and hung up on me, I dialed again and she answered, I personally went to pick up the pizzas and she answered the call, I gave her my name and she gave me another “yuluns” which is not the case, I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas, 2 jalapenos with cheese filling on the edges and one cheese which only gave me 4 and I had to wait longer for the other pizza and the jalapeño ones did not have the cheese filling, which was charged for, very poor service from the young woman who was serving.

Bad attention from the cashier, I had to suspend my order because it was not what I ordered. I have come other times and they have served me well, but the one who was there today was not a very bad character, which is why they lose customers. This happened 3 minutes ago. The rest of the pizza is an excellent product.

I tell you that I was there this weekend, and not once, but twice for pizza because the truth is I LOVE IT, and as always a 10/10 in flavor, service, and speed 💕
Me, and. my dad just asked for 1 pepperoni pizza, and they told us to wait 10 minutes, then 2 other people got pepperoni pizza after us and they didn't order online since they paid with cash and they got it emidiately which makes no sense since it's the same pizza so I hope their manager sees this to tell the employee something ( the employee is a woman with redish hair, and can speak spanish)
