Normally not too bad, sometimes they dont have what was requested in the order. I've only ordered maybe 4 times. Last night requested banana peppers on both pizza and maybe they were out but nothing was said when it was handed to me. They seemed like they were hoping I wouldnt notice..I wouldn't mind too much but I got charged extra for the peppers soo I feel like ishouldve been offered a coupon or even an acknowledgement that they may have been out. What can you do I guess 🤷‍♀️

I visited the Montfort location in Dallas and had a deeply disappointing experience. Upon entering, I received no greeting or assistance but employees were eating and on the phone, and when I asked for help, I was told to wait. I also found it concerning that several employees looked at me and no one assisted, yet were able to assist Spanish and speaking customers who arrived after me without delay. As a Brown woman, the lack of acknowledgment and assistance compared to other non-black races felt discriminatory.

I had placed an online order for a well-done deep-dish veggie pizza. Despite clear instructions, the pizza was undercooked, with bright, slimy toppings. I politely asked for it to be cooked further, but the manager responded rudely. He opened the box, touched the pizza with his finger, and invited other staff to comment on its doneness while speaking over my food, an unacceptable and unsanitary practice.
When I requested a refund, he claimed he couldn’t understand English, told me no because the order is “correct” then moments later he took another order in English with a good English response. When I asked for his name, in English, he responded in English to tell me he wouldn’t be providing it.

To make matters worse, a homeless man in the store began yelling at me for not accepting the pizza, and staff agreed with him that I should just take it home and reheat it myself to get it “well done”. I ended up leaving the pizza and calling corporate to report the situation.

This experience was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I will not be returning to this location.

This pizza was dry, barely had sauce, and looked like it was slapped together with no care. The crust was overcooked, the cheese was uneven, and half the pepperoni looked thrown on last minute. I’ve had better frozen pizza at home. Definitely not worth the money.

When I say the most rude location ever. I watched as one of the Hispanic male employees got mad at a lady for asking why her order wasn’t done and she ordered online 45 minutes ago. He throw he food and walked away. If this is how this location is, no thank you. Asked for a refund after and they refused to give me one. This is ridiculous!!!! PLEASE DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION……

This place is so unprofessional. The other day me and my friend ordered pizzas in two different orders and once we arrived to pick it up only one of the orders was there. We asked the employee and she told us that we picked it up when we didn’t so she said she’d check the cameras. When she came back she said she remake the pizzas but wouldn’t give us our drink. So I asked if there was a manager or number I could talk to. And she proceeded to call the manager and tell him to meet us when he arrived. I told him the same issue and how I’d like the drink I ordered and paid for or a refund for it and he said he would not give us either because he already lost money. When I told him it’s not our faults and we weren’t the ones who picked it up. He continued a rant saying “it’s not my fault” “you must’ve sent someone” when I told him I’m not saying it’s your fault and asked again if he could check the cameras and tell me who took it and how. He told me No because he’s wasting time and said he just didn’t want to. I kept on asking for solutions while he kept going in circles so I just left without the drink I paid for. Never ordering here again since they can’t be bothered to do their job. P.S. more people came complaining about orders being wrong and stuff being forgotten. The photo shows when we ordered it and says how we picked it up when we never did. Don’t waste your time or money here

Ordered 2 pizzas and they took over 30 minutes. Fast pizza my booty. And when I went up to ask about my pizza they said “what do you want me to do…refund you $15”. Fire these people and you’ll get good reviews.

We know what little Caesars is and why we go there. The value factor isn't what it used to be a Little Caesars but you can still stretch a dollar there. This store is clean and staff is friendly.

Seems to be that this location needs to re train their employees. These people are always behind no matter what time of day it is. Every order is 20+ minutes. Do not recommend coming to this place at all.
