Menu is the same as room service menu which is poor with limited selection. We had the half chicken with burrata salad. The chicken was very dry. We didn't like the seasonings. Overall, a very disappointing experience and poor value for the money.
Overall what you would expect from a holiday buffet. The food was of good quality and flavourful however it was not hot - a common issue with this type of dining. Overall enjoyable and the service - while limited as it was buffet service - was good and responsive when you asked for something.
Never got to eat here because no one would stop and to bring me to a table. So many employees walked by, and just looked at me, but wouldn't stop to help. Super weird. I waited for 5 minutes stopping people for a table and then gave up.
It would have been nice to have a heads up the restaurant was closed for renovations, and we had to have dinner in their bar area. Food was not good, but their cocktails were great.
My wife and I enjoyed the Chef's special during restaurants week. The ambiance was great for a night out without the kids. The cocktails, appetizers to main course, and dessert were excellent. The service was perfect - attentiveness was spot on as was the food and cocktails. I highly recommend The Pyramid and will definitely return.
Walked in and all the lights were off and not one staff member anywhere. Keep in mind, this was 7 pm on a Saturday night. One couple was all alone eating in the dark. We turned around and left.
Server rarely came by our table. I had a New York strip and it was just ok. Quality of the meat was not great, but was cooked med rare as I requested. Mashed pots and broccoli was good. Drinks were good. Expected more from a Fairmont Hotel
Was there for breakfast. Very few customers. Service was terrible. Had to ask twice for coffee service. Had to chase an employee into their back room to get someone to take our payment. Furniture looked terrible - lots of wear and tear. I was embarrassed that I had recommended this place for a business meeting. Never again.
What a delightful Easter brunch experience! The Bloody Mary and mimosa bar was a fantastic highlight, perfectly complementing the lovely food. The dessert buffet selection was truly tempting with Live Crepes and Chocolate fountain, and the overall vibe and ambience were spot on. To top it off, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!
Not at all a good experience, especially for Easter Brunch. Incredibly disappointing! Would definitely NOT recommend. Food was terrible. I ordered steak and eggs, and it was literally a piece of prime rib with fried eggs on top?? Very expensive and overall value was greatly lacking. Would never go back!!

Easter Brunch Food was excellent from the cocktail bar to the meal and the the dessert bar and our service from Igor was Amazing !
We dined at Pyramid for Valentine's Day and had a wonderful experience. The restaurant went above and beyond to create a romantic ambiance ideal for a Valentine's evening out. Our server, Igor, was so great. He was attentive yet knew exactly when to not check on us. He has a fun sense of humor and elevated our overall experience. The food was divine. For Valentine's, they offered a five-course prix fixe menu. Our favorites were the Thai Coconut Curry Soup – it was perfectly balanced in sweet, salt and spice and had a lovely creaminess that paired well with the crispy bread, and the Lamb Chops, which were prepared to our preferred temperature, was tender and juicy, and tasted so delicious with the buttery potato puree and fresh salad. Pyramid is located in the Fairmont Dallas in the heart of Downtown Dallas and is within walking distance from so many attractions. It's great for special occasions and meals before a show! Highly recommend!
THANK YOU FAIRMONT DALLAS "Pyramid Restaurant stole our hearts this Valentine's Day! The beautiful vibe, enchanting atmosphere, and romantic music set the tone for our unforgettable evening. Personalized service made us feel like royalty. The food was top-notch, and the impressive cocktail and wine selection elevated the experience. Kudos to the exceptional staff for making our Valentine's Day truly special!"
We got there and there was a live singer. He was not a good singer and he was very loud. My entire party was really considering paying him money to stop. We were told that he would be done by 2:15, although he continued to play for a bit after that. It might have been better had he been singing Christmas music? I mean, probably not. They also had Christmas music playing in the hotel, and his singing on top of it didn't help. The food was okay. Nothing spectacular for the price. Portions a little small. We left hungry, but overall, we enjoyed our time once the singer left.
Very disappointed. We went for Christmas brunch. I ordered the eggs benedict but since they were made with crawfish instead of Canadian bacon, I opted to leave the crawfish out and substitute for sausage but the hollandaise sauce was loaded with crawfish. The food arrived COLD and extremely greasy. The potatoes and link sausage had actual cold fat, maybe lard on them and no flavor . I didn't eat it. My companion ordered the safe thing 2 eggs and toast. His eggs were room temperature. The dessert on the other hand was delicious. The waitress was attentive too. So we will not be going back.
