I ordered the one fish, one chicken and shrimp. Got the wrong order, got 2 fish and 3 chickens. Fries were not fresh, and they changed their fries. I thought combos came with drink, I didn't get my drink. The lady on drive thru was not friendly. Order took at least 15 minutes to get. The last time I come to Long John's, it used to be good.

I ordered a fish,and shrimp platter. I couldn't eat it all, so I asked staff for a to go container. I heated it up later that night. It was good. It's always this way at the Polk Street location.Parking: There are plenty of places to park.

The worst experience, I went to pick up an order when the person in charge arrived, very rude by the way, telling me that they do not have an order in my name when they sent me a confirmation, then I contact the technical support of the application and they tell me that the The order is ready at the place, I drove 3 minutes back, I arrived at 9:40 and no one responded at the drive-thru, so I went to the window and spent about 5 minutes waiting for someone to serve me, while they looked at me and made comments. Among them, they left there and I was still waiting, suddenly I see that they start to turn off the lights and one approaches but not with me, he approaches to have a drink and I signal to him through the window about my order and he only tells me that he can't do nothing, it already closed and left, there were more than 10 minutes left until 10… when they had already informed me that according to the order it was ready to pick up!!!It's the worst place

Drove through the drive-thru and you establishment on Polk and I was very unhappy I ordered a special for $6 it was only very greasy seem to have been re-dipped into oil..I asked for tartar sauce and ketchup and I didn't get anything but ketchup no napkins just want you all to know I was very unplesed with my lunch today I was trying to go to the doctors with my grandbaby and unfortunately I did not enjoy you all need to make it fresh fish to order not re-dipped fish!!!

This restaurant has been around for a while, being a resident of the neighborhood, I believe in supporting our restaurants. However, looking at all the bad revires I hate to add mine. But, closing early and not caring about the customers is not good business ethics. Oak Cliff already gets a bad rap on availability, cleanliness and service so turning customers away because you don't want to stay open is a bad deal. Your hours say you close at 10, not 9:45-9:50.
