Always an amazing experience. Food is fresh and hot, fries ? are hot and crisp, hush puppies are the bomb and the coleslaw is always fresh. The cashier's are always very friendly and the cook is amazing. Food is very good. Freshly made to order. Employee at window was a little forgetful. They forgot my drinks and also forgot to give me the coleslaw that came with my meal plus I had requested an extra coleslaw and nothing was on my bag. I tried calling but the phone just rings and ring then a machine comes on and then hangs up. I'm disappointed.

The food was good, employees polite. But YOU as Corporate need to care for the employees at this workplace better. Earlier on in the summer it was hot and stuffy as hell in there. NO AC working. The door had to be open for the employees to breathe and cool down in there. Is it their fault NO, Its CORPORATE'S FAULT. Fix the AC in their the right way. If it continues to be ignored dont complain about getting sued due to bacterial infections due to no AC or one passing out due to no AC on the job. Due to no circulating air.

The manager on shift in the afternoon early evening on 8/18/23 I think Tina was her name and her staff were the best, very kind and compassionate, the service was great and the restaurant was exceptionally clean. The young lady that was on drive thru greeted us with a smile and a genuine welcome in.
