Honestly, I don’t usually write reviews, but in this particular case, I would like to leave a review. I have yet to come to this location and receive fresh food after various visits that span over at least two years. I don’t go often and that is because every time I go to the food is bad. I will take a 2 to 3 month hiatus, and then give them another opportunity. To know surprise the food is terrible each time.They are serving fish, so the fish needs to definitely be a good safety temperature to not get anyone sick. The fish this time Tasty as if it was either sitting there for a very long time or they re-dropped it and fried all of it flavor out of the fish trying to warm it. The hush puppies were lukewarm. And the fries were just utterly disgusting. Stale, chewy fries. And to make it worse, the drinks even taste bad as if the nozzles are not clean or if there is some sort of mold in the water line that supplies the drink station.The crazy thing is on this particular occasion the customer service was amazing. From the order taker, down to the cashier friendliness at the window. But that was all negated due to the terrible quality of product they served me out of the window.Parking: Decent parking area size

Lady in the drive thru around noon today was ghetto. They have unprofessional service and will leave you at the speaker for at least 10 min before they acknowledge you. Spend y'all money at another restaurant, I don't recommend

Half a star should be given. Was trying to order fish on Friday evening. We was told they don't do Long John Silver on Friday.. WTH it's a Long John Silver/ Taco Bell which means you should cook everything daily if you have 2 menus and a combo restaurant. ONLY IN THE HOOD they will cook what they want on whatever day. Literally went to the store in DeSoto and had no issues.
