This Long John Silvers/A&W we went to while in Dallas was a very pleasant surprise! As we got there we were not sure they were open as it was very dark outside. I pulled in the drive-thru and they were. The order taker sounded a little less than enthused to take our order, but he was patient as I didn't know what I wanted because I had not been to one in a while. There is not one where I live. Ordered through DoorDash. Food came fast and fresh. But dasher Yini stole the 2 fish out of our order. Called the store and they completely understood once I explained what happened and even had picture proof of bag being tampered with. They took care of me and gave me absolute amazing customer service. Lisa I believe I’m so sorry if I’m wrong (the manager) and the other young lady who helped take care of me were both absolutely amazing. I thank y’all so much again for everything!
I ordered a #13 shrimp, fish, chicken and popcorn chicken. Didn't get my popcorn chicken. Ordered a #12 for sis in law chicken shrimp and fish, she didn't get any shrimp. Otherwise the food was good just didn't get everything
