I want to start off by saying, THE FOOD WAS GREAT! The waiter that brought us our food was very nice and she had a bubbly personality.
I'm going to explain why im giving 1 star. We got inside around 9:15 and we ordered our food, my wife wanted a Vietnamese coffee no I looked at the menu where it said beverages and ordered a $7 Vietnamese coffee. Her Vietnamese coffee came out frozen and we didnt think anything of it because maybe they made theirs different. My brother, my wife and I where sitting at our table talking waiting for our food to come out, we were number 145. Food came out and I started to notice my wife was acting different. I asked her if she was okay and she said I think so, I just got really sleepy. She wanted me to try the coffee because she said it was really good, I tasted it and freaked out! There was alcohol in it!!! My wife has been sober for 20 years!!! I jumped up and looked at the menu and I saw i ordered the right thing but they decided upon themselves to give us an alcoholic beverage! I was extremely upset, my brother went in and told them what happened and they gave him a can of Vietnamese coffe and said they would take the alcoholic drink off my order but I truly believe we need to speak the GM and get a refund. My wife did not feel good for the rest of the night and we had to cancel plans. Also, to add they DID NOT ASK FOR MY ID! They did not specify if I wanted the alcoholic drink just charged my card and gave it to us. Please help make this right! None of us ordered alcoholic beverages so im very confused on why he did that to us.

The design sets a new standard for a dining experience, harmoniously blending the rustic allure of a Texas smokehouse with the dynamic spirit of an Asian restaurant. This unique fusion creates an atmosphere that’s both comforting and exciting. The deliberate use of wood tables, communal bench seating, and abundant indoor and outdoor spaces encourages a relaxed and engaging environment where guests feel right at home.
The staff was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the menu items and the pairings with drinks.
Parking wasn't too bad, I was able to find parking the free parking lot which there were quite a few spots available.
Drinks... I ordered the slushee flight (Trying Any 3 Boozy Slushes). I chose the Mango Sake Slushee, Spicy Watermelon Margarita, and Killer Colada.
Food... For an Appetizer, I chose the Chicken Karaage and for main course I selected the Smoked Beef Brisket paired with the Charred Broccoli.
Dinner Summary... The Boozy Slushees were a great refreshing start to the dining experience here at Loro. The Chicken Karaage was a bit crispier than I would have liked, but the dish was seasoned well and the Chili Aioli was the perfect sauce to add to the crispy chicken. The smoked beef brisket was INCREDIBLE. The thickness of the cut was on the thinner side, but easy to cut and I couldnt get enough of the chili gastrique with the brisket it was *chefs kiss* awesome. But I must say the best part of the meal was the charred broccoli. The broccoli was cooked perfectly with crispy char on each piece and the spicy ponzu, chili crunch, and lemon zest make it an absolute stand out.
Overall, it was an absolutely delicious and unique dining experience. I will be back soon to try more options on the menu.
10/10 Highly Recommend.

This place need to seriously work on customer service. Like I’m literally just standing here waiting around staff just walking right by don’t nobody speaks or asking what I need is crazy. I wanted to try this place out but I won’t now based off customer service I won’t be back at all

Service was a much better on my return. Friendly and attentive staff this time. My food came out at different times again which was explained to me as their process but still don't get that. You can't bring one side dish and one main course for one person at the same time? The manager on duty was extremely pleasant and attempted to explain multiple times and I appreciate his time but that will never make sense to me. Freshness is the goal per the explanation, but I have eaten at MANY restaurants throughout my life where everyone's food comes out at one time and rarely is freshness an issue. I can accept it as their process all the same and I enjoyed my meal and my experience. Thank you for making it right!

I had the Arugula melon salad and I added shrimp for my protein…excellent flavor. I also tried the salmon dip, excellent as well. Joseph was the server, he had personality plus and I would definitely recommend you try this place!!

My sister and I came here on a Wednesday afternoon and received exceptional service! It was my first time and Christian went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Joseph and Kenneth were also incredible and made sure we were well taken care of. The food was wonderful (so many great options) and the zero proof drinks were fresh!
