Very strange. We arrived with no direction. No host. No sign that says seat yourself. I had to ask. They told me there are two ways to order. 1 at the bar or 2. They can send over a server but they never did. My husband's meal came out before mine. The beer list is not correct. Your meal doesn't come with a side. The veggies are all pickled. Idk no thanks.

Southern service was great, we went to celebrate and the atmosphere truly set the tone. My partner was very critical of the food, but particularly enjoyed the sides/fixins the most(on top of desserts **chef’s kiss for dimple done right). Came in right towards the end of happy hour, a time was had thanks to our great server, thanks guys!

I love this location so much! I have been going to both locations for over 2 years and ate there 2-3 times a week. The flavors are brilliantly coupled, the portion sizes are well worth the value, and the service is kind and gracious. At this point the only downside is they only have two locations.

Love this place! I’ve been here twice and there’s not much to say negative. I will say the young man waiting on us nails were extremely dirty/black. As a nail tech that bothered me but I didn’t want to make a big deal of it. We had a great time and plenty of good food!

My favorite is the Curry Marinated Shrimp Bowl. I love whatever that spicy dressing is that goes on it. It elevates the tastes of all of the veggies and curried shrimp. I also love the Hibiscus Ginger Tea. It’s so refreshing.

I liked it, didn’t love it. Ordered the Shishito Queso, Chicken Karaage, the Sampler, Oak Salmon Rice Bowl. The bowl and brisket were very good, I thinking everything else was ok. Cool to try it out but wouldn’t go back.

The food is always god and the atmosphere is aesthetically pleasing. Miguel is so cool and super attentive. Loro is definitely one of my faves!
My family and our dog went for dinner on Saturday evening and we had a lovely experience. We have been before and used the counter service just fine, but Dominic came out to the patio and took care of us. He was so kind and helpful and it elevated our experience so much. We love Loro and have been several dozen times, but definitely wanted to call out this most recent visit for being so fabulous!! Thank you Dominic!!

He’s the kind of waiter who makes you feel like a VIP without any fuss—warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what he does. Miguel remembers our preferences, offers spot-on recommendations, and always checks in with perfect timing. His knowledge of the menu and upbeat energy add so much to the experience. Whether it’s your first time at Loro or your tenth, Miguel makes it memorable. We truly enjoy having him as our server and will absolutely be asking for him again next time.

I’ve been here 4 times in the last couple of weeks for lunch & they’ve consistently delivered! Food is fresh & tasty. Atmosphere is great for solo or group dining (good team meeting lunch spot). Service is warm & friendly - specially Miguel. 😃
