Just because Lots-a-Pasta is in the hospital don’t be afraid. BLT: per the menu board “seriously the best in town”—no lie! It was truly the best I’ve had. Wild menu-American, Italian, Greek, pizza, breakfast. Can’t wait to try something else.

This is a warm, friendly family business with delicious food. They make all of their breads. Everything is mad in-house. Seasonings are delicious. Nothing is greasy.Dietary restrictions: They season well without a lot of sodium. This is a restaurant in Dallas Medical City.Even people who are not in hospital go here to eat lunch.Great service and wonderful food.It's worth the trip just to get a great lunch.

Simply good, home-cooked style food from 4 cultures, by a friendly married couple.Location: Ground Floor, inside "East Atrium" of Medical City Dallas, Texas. This is like a food court, between Building C & Building B.(AKA: Care Tower C, and Care Tower B)Lots-A-Pasta which has decades here serving Italian, Greek, Pizza, and Mexican dishes. Soups, Salads, Sandwiches too!This is counter-service, takeout, or there are 20 open seating dining tables inside the atrium here.When you see the red horse with wings, covered with silver stars, you are in the East Atrium. Lots-A-Pasta is back behind the water fountain.My meal today was pasta, in a mild, yet fragrant marinara sauce, with 3 moist & juicy meatballs & a Caesar Salad, with a big fluffy garlic bread. A bottle of sparkling Pellegrino washed it down. The garlic bread is a winner too. If you go back to work in an office... they will know! Ten bucks, great friendly service, and a very nice atrium to dine in. Thank you! Five stars! You won't ever come here while on vacation, but you will appreciate it being here if you happen to be here.
It's definitely worth trying if your stuck in Medical City Dallas and better then all the options. The 16" was very generous size and can take to the hotel for dinner. Price is reasonable and can feed 3-4 people.

Don’t use your debit card, she adds on an additional amount every time, looks at you like you’re in the wrong, ask you if you want your receipt and the amounts on the receipt is not divided just the total amount. Thieves at their finest.

Delicious food from scratch, pleasant staff, clean environment, and great value. Stromboli here is the best I’ve ever had. As soon as I dipped it in the marinara, I could tell the sauce was homemade. Philly Cheese Steak sandwich is an excellent choice as well.
