Service is horrible. We were removed from Headquarters (the downstairs establishment) because our hookahs were messed up and the owner of the hookah portion of the business asked to remove us from the Lotus establishment. Please save your money and do not frequent this establishment.

Horrible experience, if you go to this place make sure you get a table or they’ll just treat you like trash, we waited for over an hour just for them to refuse us entry? definitely blocked, never going here again ?

I don’t ever hardly write any review unless I had a great experience or an extremely poor one. Avoid this place at all cost, if I had to give this place 0 I’d give it a ZERO. The little girl working out front is absolute RUDE and should not be in any business doing hospitality. No organization in whatsoever and she should get fired.
