Hostess had a very negative attitude and seemed very displeased as guests arrived. Waitresses were yelling at customers to move. Very unwelcoming. Will not return.

A friend of mine really recommended this place. About a year ago we got there, Thursday night, and the hostess was beyond rude. After telling us we’d have to wait for an hour for a table we asked if we could wait by the bar, she said “as long as you don’t get in anybody’s way”. Message received. We went to the bar, ordered a beer, and she ran next to us throwing garbage next to us, saying “told you not to be in my way”. We were starting to get a little annoyed.Long story short, after an hour and a half, and several times asking her when was our table going to be ready, she said we’d have to wait more.I don’t know if she’s still working in there, but if she is, I feel terrible for that place as they’ll continue losing costumers … I honestly never have I ever, had such a horrible experience with a hostess. Hope she gets a better salary, or, better education.Thought about posting it after all this time so people can be warned and hopefully the owners can el something about it.

louie’s pizza is run like a prison. servers and management run it like a prison restaurant has the most horrible attitude you ever encountered in your life terrible terrible. The management at the restaurant lets the waitresses act rude inappropriate and they except it when you try to complain to the management staff they tell you there’s no manager on duty I just don’t understand how do you run a restaurant in a major metroplex area and have rude attitude, and still keep your doors open. I walk in at 8:30 in the evening. The restaurant is jampacked there’s seating people. and one of the waitresses tell me that they’re no longer seating people they closed at 7:30 but the restaurant is packed and their advertisement shows on their website shows that they close at 9 o’clock. I believe they are prejudiced towards Hispanics, and all different types of people of color. Do not go to this restaurant.

Looks like it could be a cool spot, but 9pm on Friday Nighy, weird. Only had interaction with one lady, maybe it was a long 4 1/2 hour shift of something?, but she was generally unpleasant. Bit of a drive, but maybe they are just too cool for us.
From one Chicagoan living in Texas to another (and to Texans), this is THE spot for authentic, thin, delicious, crispy crust, Chicago style pizza. Recommend a sausage, green pepper, and onion za, which did not disappoint. It’s a 10/10 for me. Can’t wait to go back.*similar vibe to Rosangela’s on the South Side for my Chicago fam.

The service at this establishment is simply the single worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life. They are the rudest most despicable hateful people I’ve ever encountered at a restaurant.I pray someone wakes up and makes this place what it used to be but with the current staff they have no chance. Food is some of the best in town but it’s not worth it to deal with the sad slob owner and fat loud mouth hostesses.If you haven’t gone DO NOT GO and if you continue to go shame on you for supporting such horrible people with your business.

We showed up for dinner at 7:56 and they closed at 9pm. We we're told they weren't taking anymore tables...Why close at 9 if you stop seating before 8:00. Great pizza, but the lady at the front is rude and this place is a pain. Someone needs to buy them and fix the hours.
