Louisiana Famous Fried Chicken North Dallas

I purchased a five piece combo. The chicken was very salty and too spicy for me. I am from Louisiana I know what spicy chicken should taste like. You have the wrong people cooking food there who don't know how to season chicken Louisiana style.

Not fancy but good generally... shop was dirty when I got in. Don't expect good customer service the girl was there for abovius reason not to help customer 🙄. My order was simple order one peace chiken and frise stayed for up to 15 minutes waiting till 2 people show up then she starts packing up the orders to make it ready for all of the 3 at one time... she was chatting with her friend most the time...while the orders cooked and ready getting cold to pack lol

As much as I hate to do this, I have to give this restaurant a low star rating because of the fact that their message is deceiving and you can say it's pretty much false advertisement. I ordered my meal through DoorDash. I won't hold them accountable for anything DoorDash did. However, on DoorDash, when you go to place your order in the menu. The ad is deceptive because they say that a small drink (a Coke but I received a Cherry Coke -- What if I was allergic to cherry?) and a side comes with it. When I wasn't allowed to pick a drink, I was suspicious so therefore I put a drink in my cart. Also with the chicken I don't eat dark meat (a personal choice -- but it's my choice) and they don't specify what pieces of the chicken you'll get, I would have preferred to have 2 wings than to have a leg and thigh, the food is okay and I did try to eat part of the thigh before I was disgusted. However, all of the other things make it unworthwhile and I've had better. I asked for both hot sauce and cocktail sauce. I received hot sauce and tartar sauce and they also don't give you anywhere to put those instructions. So those instructions were given to the DoorDash delivery guy. It's disappointing to say the least. I personally will not be giving them my business again, but to each its own. It's not so much just about the food. It's always about the service you provide with the food. The business can state what information and details are listed on the DoorDash app and by blocking customers from being able to add instructions they are willingly falsely advertising.

I like this place a lot. On my last visit I was told I could only get two sauces even though they usually always give me three by default. I ordered the fish, shrimp, chicken. So hot sauce, tartar sauce, and cocktail sauce are my typical choices. This time I had to choose, so I picked tarter and cocktail sauce but was given bbq and tartar sauce. Also, I waited a really long time and was expecting all fresh food. Just about everything was fresh, except the fries. The fries were stale and old. I’m not sure if they thought putting those old fries under fresh hot food would warm them but it was super disappointing. Otherwise great place, skip the fries though because they seem to always be an issue. The shrimp are always a bit too salty and the desserts always taste old and stale but other than that, it’s decent food.

This location used to be all that! Recently, someone is NOT READING the orders! They are leaving significant amounts of items off and they either do not care or are not paying attention. I need them to fix it. I lile this place.

I stopped ordering from this location because they put TOO MUCH HOT SPICES in the batter. Taste great but I got the runs ALL 3 times I bought from this location. No more. 👎🏽

The restaurant had maybe 4 or 5 small tables and smelled of fried foods oil. There was basically no service to speak of as I had to queue up to place my order. It was also difficult to speak to the cashier as the cashier was behind a plastic barrier. The side of french fries was crispy and tasty. The fried chicken wings themselves were on the saltier side and a bit spicy and overall, they tasted fine, but didn't stand out compared to other fried chickens I tried.

Extremely rude!
I called to ask if I could have two ranches and lemon pepper for my food and the man was rushing me off the phone. Complained about me asking for ranch and lemon pepper.
This type of service will make me never eat here again!!

They need better customers service and bigger bag's too put the food inside of. for the customers. they're totally to expensive not to have bigger plastic bags for the food. This lady literally was going to stuff my children and mashed potatoes inside this little extra small plastic bag. Please Do Better..

Chicken was great, but that “catfish” made me sick due to it being undercooked. After I took the first bite I noticed the fish still looked translucent. ?

I absolutely love this fried chicken spot! The chicken wings are always cooked to perfection, and the catfish is just as excellent. Their seasoned tartar sauce is incredibly tasty. Everything is made to order and always fresh. I'm more than happy to make the 40+ minute round trip to satisfy my cravings!

Best fried chicken I've had. The fried okra was crispy and flavorful. The potatoes didn't taste like they were from a box. The location is small and it was warm inside. I recommend take out even though dine in is an option
