Loved the vibe of this place! My girlfriends and I recently decided to have a night out here and were impressed by the overall atmosphere. Moderately priced drinks and a great place to socialize without it being too rowdy. We were skeptical based on the reviews but the staff had exceptional customer service and were so helpful considering it was our first time here. The line was rowdy when we got there but the security staff handled it so well and with ease. Since it’s a smaller upscale bar they do tend to have longer wait times so that is something to take into account when you go here.

What a great time my friends and I had here the other night. The line was long but the security at the front door controlled the crowd so well and even engaged in banter. There were even so aggressive patrons and he was very professional. Once we got inside the environment was so lively but crowded hence why the line was so long. I prefer a well controlled environment and front door over chaos. Thumbs up for the cocktails!! We will be back!!

In the 5+ years I’ve been going, I’ve never seen what I saw tonight. We stood in line 35 minutes (starting a little after 10:00 PM on a Friday) and only the 3 people ahead of us got in. He let in a total of over 20 people, a mix of people who knew the bouncer, the managers and people who slipped him money. I won’t be coming back until upper management fixes this situation.

We had to wait in a line but will worth it. Love the food and service. The GM Sara came by to make sure all was good. I told here Jay was the best. Can’t wait to go back. We stayed until Close. And then they said to go to Regines. Another home run. Love this place

On June 1st, 2025, I was racially discriminated against at Lounge 31—for the second time in the same week. I had already been denied entry without reason the Friday before, and it happened again on Sunday. Both times, others were allowed in with no issue while I was turned away.
When I calmly asked for an explanation, I got inconsistent answers. A staff member even began recording me without warning, claiming it was for “safety,” even though I kept my distance and wasn’t being aggressive in any way.
This repeated, targeted treatment was humiliating and unacceptable. No one should be treated differently because of their race. Lounge 31 needs to be held accountable.

I’m incredibly disappointed with how me and my friends (three Black women) were treated at Lance 31. We arrived and were told there would be a 20-minute wait because the place was full. Fair enough — we waited patiently. But as we stood there, we saw tons of people leaving the bar. Then people who arrived after us started being let in. When I asked the security what was going on, he told me those people had reservations. That didn’t sit right with me, but we continued to wait.
About 40 minutes later, I asked again, and the story changed , now he said they were “only taking reservations.” That might’ve made sense, if we hadn’t seen multiple people walk up and get in without ever mentioning a reservation. To be sure, my (white) husband and his three friends who were at monkey bar at first having guy time decided to test the situation. They walked up, asked for a table no reservation and were immediately let inside. No questions. No delay. That confirmed what I was already feeling: we were being racially profiled and treated unfairly. This experience was not just disappointing, it was hurtful and completely unacceptable.
I’m sharing this so others are aware, and I hope the management at Lounge 31 takes a serious look at the behavior of their staff. No one should be treated differently because of the color of their skin.
The security was a Hispanic or middle eastern man with tattoos all over him that did this

Maggie is the sweetest and best manager!! She was so accommodating to us as well as all the tables around us! Can’t wait to come back!
Me and my friend were catching up after not seeing each other for a while and chose this place thinking it’s going to be great time. Once we paid off tab that was about $350 my friend had to run and I end up staying for another 30-40 min relaxing at my table waiting for my next appointment. 30 min in manager and bum security guard came and told me I have to leave and didn’t provide a legit reason. I did try to explain that I’m about to leave shortly but they didn’t care at all. Food and drinks were great but experience speaks for itself. I will never be back because good businesses prioritize their customer experience instead of quick turnaround or whatever their reason was.

Lounge 31 has a lot of potential, but my recent experience left me feeling a bit frustrated. The drinks were undeniably good, and the atmosphere has a lot of energy, but the organization was lacking. I ended up waiting nearly an hour to get in, and during that time, it felt like everyone was just trying to sneak past the line. The crowd was overwhelming, making it difficult to fully enjoy the space.
If you’re looking for a lively spot with great cocktails, Lounge 31 delivers. However, be prepared for long waits and a crowded environment. A little more organization would go a long way in improving the overall experience.

Recently came to Lounge 31 and met the gm Sarah. She is so sweet and really know how to take care of people. Hospitality is out of this world. Our servers Sidney and Lilli were fantastic.
