reservation for 1 and even that took a few minutes to find a space at the bar or the sushi bar
Nobu isn't what it once was. Takes too close together, so waiters bump into you, your chatter bumps into the person behind you, loud, dated interior.
We recently dined at Nobu and left feeling underwhelmed. The food was the biggest disappointment. The sushi we ordered lacked flavor, which is surprising for a place known for its Japanese cuisine. The eggplant miso was overwhelmingly salty, and while the mushroom toban yaki started off promising, it became increasingly salty as it cooled and absorbed more of the sauce. On the positive side, the service was genuinely good — attentive without being intrusive. Unfortunately, the overall value didn't match the price point. For what we paid, the flavors simply didn't deliver.
Bartenders might be the greatest! Jeremy and Nick make the best sushi in Dallas! No place i would rather be!

Came to celebrate a birthday! Daniel the sushi chef and Vincent our server were fantastic! The tai with ume was incredible as well as the miso cod. Finished off the meal with the milk donuts which were delightful. The host was not friendly nor welcoming, tried to sit us at the lounge despite noting on the reservation we wanted bar seating.
Racial profiling & discrimination is at an all time high at this establishment! -10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! People of color spend your hard earned money elsewhere!!

Delicious! Sat in the lounge and service was impeccable. The food was delicious and came out perfectly timed. The most consistently good place in Dallas.
Sarah is amazing. She gave me the best service.

Sarah is the absolute best! I come back every single time for her. Amazing food and drinks. Best place in Dallas
Always amazing! Love sitting at the sushi bar and chatting with the Chefs. The tuna nigiri last night was the best I've ever had. So fresh.

Celebrated my birthday here & they made me feel so special!!!! The AYCE brunch is SO worth it & so yummy!!!
I remember my experience at Nobu Miami years ago as truly amazing, which is why I chose it to celebrate my husband's birthday today. Unfortunately, this visit was a big disappointment. The atmosphere was fine, but nothing special or memorable. The food felt very average—comparable to a standard mid-range Asian restaurant, not what you'd expect at this price point. For a party of four, we spent around $500, and I've had far better food, service, and overall experiences elsewhere for the same (or less) money. The biggest letdown was the cocktails—they were honestly the worst part of the night. Overall, Nobu felt overrated and severely overpriced. I won't be coming back, and I'd definitely recommend choosing another restaurant.
Attentive staff. Informative staff. Great ambiance. Fantastic Sushi. Wonderful from beginning to end.
We were very exited for Nobu Dallas, but the food wasn't as good and the service was regular, they didn't even try to make up for a mistake didn't talk to us anything, just said sorry, and it was way overpriced for the experience.
Brunch- so Not worth the $80 per person. Not recommended. Food was OK at best. Sushi was not cold. It was warm at best. They def need more selection. Maybe need to put their sushi on something cold so that nobody gets sick! and unfortunately the service was super slow, not her fault I guess since she had so many tables but we still left her 25%. But We would not do this again due to very little variety And the warm sushi & sashimi. Very disappointing. Our bill was about $1050 and not one of us enjoyed it, including the birthday girl. :( My husband started swelling after eating... so that is a whole other thing. Maybe the soy sauce???? We hope.
