Everyone was SO friendly, attentive to service, and had a positive attitude. We were the last customers before they closed and they made us feel so welcome, even during a busy time of the year!
A pic is worth it all. What a waste of money and it was gross and way over priced $13 plus tax for a gross egg breakfast sandwich

I’m at DFW airport. The staff is great. The food is in a to go box for the plane.
This is a message to the CEO and central office: your manager here, Robert, is a one in a million. It’s clear that his authentic connection with people and his enthusiasm in creating those connections is what is guiding the culture and the feel foods for all the clients. This gentleman is a phenomenal ambassador for your organization. Bonus him generously.

Don't try and sit down if you get your food to go. Even for a second or they will ask you to leave. EVEN though I was a PAYING customer and I left a TIP. BUT because I asked for it to go I wasn't allowed to sit unless I alao tipped the bar guy? Like WTH is that normal? There was plenty of open tables at the time to maby 3 other patrons so I was very upset. Bad service.. okay food ...definitely not worth the price.

My friends and I stopped in this previous Sunday after our flight had been delayed for food and a drink. Our server was extremely rude and was demeaning in tone even when she asked for our ID’s. On top of her being extremely rude, she didn’t get my order right and never came back to check in. I understood that they were busy and just ate what I received. I tipped $2 on a $12 tab, because her service and attitude were not great. Today, my credit card notified me that I tipped 32%, which was strange. I looked and she upped my tip to $4. I asked my friends if this happened to them as well, and she did it to all 5 of our checks. So not only was her service extremely poor, but she also stole from her customers. I don’t think I’ve ever left a review, but this was just absolutely ridiculous. Make sure you aren’t getting robbed when you give this place your service!

My wife and I were waiting for our flight, so we stop by Love Shack for lunch. It was our first time here. I ordered the Dirty Love Burger. It was missing the Fried Quail Egg, and the patty had no flavor. You literally taste every ingredient added as is. I rate my burger a 2/5. The fries were fluffy, but it got old quick, even with ketchup. Service was attentive and the staff was nice. My wife ordered the Chicken Tenders. 3/5 for the portion size, but the chicken tenders get old very fast (same texture, same flavor, despite being dipped into sauces). Overall experience, I rate it a 2☆. I would not recommend nor will be back.

Tim should remove his name, the burger meat was embarrassing grey, tasteless. Id happily pay for a proper burger - kinda like what i might have expected from the Chef - but the food service contractors have cut too many corners - so the paying for it was a huge disappointment - factory food

HORRIBLE PEOPLE MANAGEMENT AND SERVICE, older women yelled at me because she was saving 3 seats for her friends and I sat there not knowing it was being saved, she proceeded to make DISGUSTING remarks and I reacted. Then the older couples next to us got involved with her husband grabbing my arm. Yet … their management called the cops and kicked us out. DISGUSTING HORRIBLE SERVICE
Stopped in at 6:40p after landing, for a quick to-go burger. They quoted me 15 mins, so I waited. No urgency. I keep hearing I’m the last one of the night before closing at 7p. At 22 minutes, and my Lyft waiting, I asked for a refund. Cook and manager both said it’s almost done. Manager looks at me like “refund or burger” and I said why not both - that’s not good customer service”. He was shocked and so I said I’d take the burger. After another 90 seconds or so, and burger STILL not up, I just walked out - after paying $16 for a double patty burger. Small price to pay to realize I’m NEVER stepping foot in there again. Atmosphere isn’t bad but the staff vibe and service is garbage. Can’t tell you how the burger is

Service was good, but the burger is really disappointing. The meat is really bland and seemed like it was a frozen microwaved patty. The bun, sauce and toppings are just average.

I ordered 3 burgers today for me and my family and they only gave me 2. I discovered this while I was on the airplane. I was charged $33 and lost money on the most expensive burger $13. This is unacceptable and I would like a refund
Vegetarian options are available but they only gave burgers after 10AM. Good food quality and good atmosphere.
