I had a descripency with SLICE (don't use them, they don't speak English). Waited 2hrs, drove up here to get my money back. Server dude was super nice. He went to get the manager, MANAGER would not come out. Manager told dude to tell me to wait for another pizza or get refunded by slice. Dine in or carry out. Don't use for delivery.

Unimpressed with the quality.it used to be so good too, very disappointing. Spaghetti was very stingy with the sauce. Rolls were past their prime. Server never came to check on us. Won't be back.

The pizza was OK, not great. I'm very picky about lettuce and get my dressing on the side. There were more very brown wilted pieces than edible pieces. My husband's lasagne was OK.

We were next store at the cat cafe and saw this charming old world Italian place. Based on legit (not whiny) reviewers, had to try it and was absolutely wonderful. Had the old feel from the past, pizza (16") neopolitan was a good reminder of a ny pie! Ladies had goat cheese pizza, said it was great. Kids had full sized entrees (shrimp, meatball) and they loved as well. Prices were very good co.pated to what a new place charges as well. What a great find!

Great food and service! I didn't dine in, but the improvements made inside are nice! Also, having some outdoor seating is an added bonus!! My favorite neighborhood spot.

Overall I like the food and atmosphere. However, when it was time to pay my tab I decided to pay with my debit card. When I received my receipt I wrote 0 in the tip section because I left a cash tip. So why am I being charged an extra $6 for tip when clearly I wrote 0? So in other word's, these guys wrote their own extra tip. Smh....

I wish I could rate the food, but I never got that far. My elderly disabled mother & I came to eat here. We saw it was busy (full tables) so we stood at the entrance, waiting. The only waiter we saw walked past us 5 times & never acknowledged us, even after eye contact was made several times. The person behind the counter made eye contact with us as well & never said anything. My mother walks w/2 canes & can't stand for very long so we left after 6 MINUTES of standing there without even a "we'll be right with you", "sorry we're busy, have a seat" or anything. We were made to feel very unwelcome.
