The bagels at Lubbies are top tier, some of the best in Dallas. Although it is on the expensive side. They switched their coffee beans recently though. The coffee used to be awesome but now it tastes like any bad generic coffee you find in most of Dallas.
Good lox sandwich on an everything bagel. $16 +tax/tip. Wait wasn’t bad. (They were out of everything bagels when I ordered, but a fresh batch was available within 5min.). Cream cheese was a little less than a true NY bagel sandwich, but still good.

Small but not cozy. Usually packed to the gills with strollers on weekend mornings. Best to get your order to go.
Great coffee, but depends on who you get making it. The last time I was there they made an incredible Americano.
