Horrible service at the drive-through I’ve always loved Lubys but their customer service is out of line. Very unwelcoming staff working the drive-through makes me uncomfortable that my food was tampered with due to rude attitude always forgetting items and then giving an attitude for you requesting missing items. Lubys do better.

Im Sept 2025 the food here is absolutely trash and overpriced . The portion size is tiny for the prices. You're better off going elsewhere and there are many places you can go and get more value nearby.The workers including them bald male manager are extremely rude. They will give you burn bread purposefully, undercooked vegetables unapologetically.
