Tasha Mullen and her team provided the absolutely best attention and service for a successful italian garden themed bridal shower. Everyone enjoyed it including my mom and sisters. The service, ambiance, and food were all excellent. I didn't have to worry about a thing.Thank you for everthing♥️

The Chef's Lobster Carbonara was delicious. Very cheesy ?. All of our group enjoyed their food. The portions are very large. I really like the Spinach & Artichoke al Forno.

Came on Easter Sunday so it was moderately busy around 5pm with more loud children about than I would prefer but the hostess was a darling and sat me as far away from them as she could. My server Jerrell was prompt to greet me bringing me water and a bread basket. The bread was warm, fluffy and nicely crusty with a tasty olive oil and balsamic vinegar dip. I began my dining with their house specialty gin and tonic while looking over the menu. I started with a side chopped salad that was actually pretty big and I enjoyed it...loved the blue cheese crumbles. My main choice was the Branzino Fresca, lightly fried and served on a bed of sautéed spinach and baby tomatoes. It was amazing as was the side crab cake I also ordered. Such good flavours ! All around stellar food and service for the price. Will definitely return.

Our visit to Maggiano’s at NorthPark Center marked a disappointing celebration of our 9th Wedding Anniversary. We wanted to celebrate before the arrival of our daughter in six weeks. Despite our anticipation, our experience fell short of expectations. Having frequented the Plano location for two decades, we were disheartened by the noticeable difference in quality. Even though we had mentioned our anniversary when booking, there was no acknowledgment of our special day. We missed the customary lemon cookies and candle that have made past anniversaries at Maggiano’s in Plano, TX, truly memorable.Furthermore, the meal itself was disappointing. Despite requesting the Chicken Florentine, a former favorite, the dish was a letdown—overly salty with a thick, unappetizing cream sauce and served atop potato fries, a departure from the Plano presentation. Even my wife, who is not just an Italian cuisine enthusiast but is Italian herself and holds high standards for Italian cuisine, found her trusted order of spaghetti and meatballs lacking its usual flavor profile. As someone who appreciates the authentic essence of Italian cuisine, she was left longing for the exceptional standards we've come to expect from Maggiano’s. We hope this feedback aids in maintaining the culinary excellence we've cherished over the years and come to expect from Maggiano’s.

I've never been to one of these, so I was a little disappointed when I realized I went inside and realized it was a chain restaurant. I was thoroughly impressed with the service and the quality of all of the dishes. I'm currently enjoying the $6 add on take home dish they offered last night. I found this to be far superior to all the other chain Italian spots.
