Wonderful food & friendly service. Been going to Maguire’s for 17 years & the quality has remained the same at the new location. Had a stellar time at the Solar Eclipse viewing party!

Amazing service and yummy food.I was initially greeted by the hostess, I didn’t catch her name, but she was super friendly and didn’t make me feel silly for asking my silly question “do you do takeout” and then she directed me to the proper place to put my order in.And the cashier, Mike, was very kind and patient as I looked at the menu and very knowledgeable about today’s special which I did get - the ribeye quesadillas. The food was hot and ready and very tasty! Came with cream cheese, guacamole, and poco de gallo. The quesadillas were very fairly priced at $11 for 4 nicely filled triangles. But some of the items on the menu did seem on the upper end, not sure how big the meals are though. Not to mention the location, very cute square outside with lots of outdoor seating and pretty landscape away from the bustle of the busy streets.Definitely recommend!

Michael was amazing. Food was amazing. Music was more than amazing. I'm a music gangsta! So, I know music. The attention to detail is awesome! The place is well lit. Safe. They have wine, liquor, coffee, energy drinks, orange juice, smoothies and all types of food! :)

Delicious food and our waitress Susie was wonderful! We had the foccacia bread for an appetizer, honey Chipotle tacos, and the green dream pie. The tacos were definitely my favorite, very rich and flavorful! Great evening out with my mama!

Tough to write this review .. The Maguire's of the past was such a gem, a warm & cozy place with class, ambiance, fine food, exquisite service, and a memorable dining experience - we dined there many times, each with a great meal. The new Maguire's Bistro & Bar doesn't even come close to what Maguire's used to be. Ambiance was modern and stark .. kindly of like a glorified diner. Our waitress seemed bothered to have to wait on us. My son ordered a hot water with lemon .. she brought him a hot water in a noticeably dirty mug. I tried to place our food order several times with her, and she seemed pretty busy with other tables, even though the place was about 80% empty. My wife and her mother ordered hot tea .. I figured that we would place our food order right away, as we were on a time constraint .. the waitress asked if we should delay getting the hot teas, by having her take our order now .. seemed strange. Teas showed up warm, not hot. We waited about 40 minutes for our entrees .. I inquired about the delay .. waitress said that somebody gave our flatbread to another table .. so they had to make another one .. "only about 2 minutes more". Well, about 10 minutes later, the food arrived .. My entree and my son's entree were cold, and the flatbread for my wife and her mom wasn't cooked all the way through .. was pretty soggy. On the positive side, Caesar salad was good. Also, the waitress came to check on us several times to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction, and apologized for the delay .. we just chose to smile and get out of there as soon as possible. How could this establishment miss on so many levels? Of all the redeeming qualities that the old Maguire's had . . . this place contains none. Sorry .. honest truth here. We shall not return.

I haven't sampled the whole menu yet, but it isn't a place I would come back to. I had the Cali Club and I have to say that I've never had a sandwich with less flavor. It wasn't worth the $14, that's for sure. I just don't know how you cab put that many things on a sandwich and the only thing you can taste is the bread. It wasn't horrible or anything. It would have needed some sort of flavor to be bad. Honestly, the water had more flavor. This was a sentiment shared by others at my table. It wasn't horrible, but it lacked any flavor that would make it memorable or desirable to have again. Great staff and atmosphere, but next time I'll pick up a sandwich at the gas station next time.
