I'd give this cafe negative stars if I could. My experience here was an exercise in patience and frustration. Despite calling ahead to place my order, minutes turned into an eternity as I waited for my order to materialize. When it finally did, it was as if they had forgotten I was even there. The food was lukewarm, the coffee tepid, and the pastries stale – a trifecta of disappointment.To add insult to injury, not a single employee bothered to acknowledge the delay or offer an apology. It's clear that customer service is a foreign concept to them.Save yourself the headache and find another cafe that actually values its customers' time and patronage. This place is a prime example of how not to run a business.

Best southern cooked meals that I’ve ever had. Friendly staff, fast service, large portions for a great price. Everyday menus that offer a variety of different options daily.

Really good food. The burgers are the best, but the rest is good too. The price is fair. You can also call in your order. Add jalapeño to your cheeseburger. (You can thank me later).

great food great service warm and inviting. I had chicken fried chicken my hubby had steak awesome coleslaw steak done to perfection. bonus getting boxes of girl scout cookies on the way out.

If you are looking for a great lunch option in Downtown Garland, Main Street Cafe has the best chicken salad ever and the fries are to die for! Looking for an amazing dinner, option try the Chicken Nathan! The unsweet tea is super refreshing and doesn’t add to your calorie count so you could sneak in some dessert!

Main Street Cafe has been our mainstay place to dine for the past few years when we are in the area. Their food is always delicious. Fun and friendly staff. And, by far, the BEST watermelon tea.

Excellent food. Large portions. Lots of menu options. They also have a private event room. Do stop in a give them a try.
