Our agency produced a medical symposium, and I had the pleasure of working with Yasmeen and the team from Make Your Life Sweeter. For three nights in a row, MYLS flawlessly executed memorable activations at our events- from an Instagram worthy mocktail bar to a multi-sensory truffle tasting. We are working with them on branded holiday gifts and cannot wait for the MYLS team to partner with us next year at another convention.

Very disappointed in this catering service. I understand the experience, but the staff was strict on how I could personalize my dessert. I expected much more from a service company. Aside from the service, the dessert was okay. It could be bigger for what you pay.

Then we had the gummy bar which was so fun for our guests. Lastly we had the glow stick cotton candy which was a fun addition for our guests on the dance floor. The make your life sweeter staff were so fun but still professional. We definitely recommend using them for your wedding to add something fun and different!

What a special treat to be able to try so many traditional desserts with unique and exotic flavors. The tea was amazing not just because it sparkles like Paris Hilton’s blinged out razor phone ( Google it if you don’t know what I mean, circa early 2000s). It was so awesome to get to speak to such a kind, thoughtful, and creative host. Yasmeen is an amazing boss lady who has done such a great job with the flavor profiles of the goodies at her shop. The Italian cream reminds me of my afternoon strolls in Florence. Please do yourself a favor and try this place out. You won’t regret it!

Where do I even begin to describe this dreamy store? My kids and I adore this place! I absolutely love their very Instagrammabale cotton candy-topped espressos. My son loves the unique cotton candy flavors, and my daughter loves the popcorn flavors. There really is something for everyone, whether it is sweet or savory (think: fried pickle popcorn!). The place is super clean and I always feel like royalty when I shop there. Whether it is shopping for gifts or indulging our taste buds, my family absolutely loves shopping Make Your Life Sweeter!

I love love love this shop. Not only is it delicious, original, and so much fun the owner is an absolute sweetheart! Her and her staff (who are incredibly diverse) are so attentive, kind, and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure that we had a lovely experience. My husband LOVED the creme brulee cotton candy latte -- it was such a fun experience and tasted absolutely delicious! Highly highly highly recommend this wonderful woman/POC/minority owned business!!!

Yasmeen and her team were so welcoming and warm! She even threw in some extra treats for my 2 year old :) The creme brûlée latte and the strawberry cheesecake macarons were especially delicious. Definitely recommend!

This was money so well spent. I wanted a fun activity during the holidays and every course was selected and presented with such charm and style. Yasmina is a woman to watch as she creates an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality to her guests. She came over and talk to our table and created such a unique experience. I would go back and do this again in a heartbeat.

DO NOT GO HERE! The manager/owner is very rude and condescending with racial undertones. My friend and I unfortunately arrived later than the agreed time because of an unforeseen emergency. We called ahead and spoke to the owner explaining the problem. She told us we would have to rush our courses and that was fine because after all we were late at first she said to cut some courses I asked more to and to bring the deserts out in larger groups so we can catch up. There were two other parties in the group. We quickly caught up, the entire time being there she didn’t give my friend and I much instructions on what to do but the other two tables were given attention at the end I noticed we didn’t get an item so i asked her why in explaining she became condescending and kept asking if I am unable to understand her. My friend and I were the only black ones in the establishment. I told her I am understanding, since clearly I am five but also explained that we weren’t provided much information or told that we would have to do the code. Mind you the table behind us out there code in at the end because I saw them do it. She then proceeded to tell her staff to give us the treat because we can’t “understand her” and are being difficult. We had to ask five times for to go boxes our table had the same about of treats as the others but she only gave us a cupcake box. She then proceeded to go to other tables and thank them for not being “difficult” the passive aggression towards as a customer was alarming. We didn’t beg to get in we paid the same price as everyone else.You as the owner should check your micro-aggression towards black people. I am an attorney and my friend is in tech. We both understood quite clearly as you weren’t speaking another language it is you that seemingly refused to understand.DO NOT GO HERE!

My daughter and I visited Make your life Sweeter in Feb twice when I visited for her birthday. A walk-in for a 3 course tasting and we were so impressed we almost immediately made reservations for the 21 tasting experience. Both were fantastic and for the last 9 months we have raved to anyone who would listen (and some who didn’t want to) about the service and experience we received. When scheduling my trip to Dallas this week my daughter and I knew we wanted to go back and do the tasting again. The owner Yasmeen not only welcomed us with a beautiful smile and a wonderful attitude she also remembered us from 9 months ago. I would imagine she has had hundreds of people come into her fantastic shop in the last 9 months but she still made us feel almost like family and most definately like a valued customer. The deserts were once again fantastic and the service was impeccable. We travel full time across the US for work and love to try new things and I have to say the visits to Make Your Life Sweeter are in my top 3 of my favorite experiences we have done. I truly can’t wait until I visit the Dallas area again so I can do another tasting. Thank you Yasmeen for running such a sweet shop and for making us feel so welcome and giving me some wonderful memories with my daughter.

This place was SWEET! From the tea to the popcorn, and cotton candy and macaroons, it was splendid. Can’t wait to come back and try all the flavors of everything! Best cotton candy I’ve had! So so fun! Would recommend the high tea experience too. ? ? ?

Every detail is sweet the moment you walk into this store! The store experience and the staff is why me and my kids love to come in! I can't wait to see what they have to offer for the holidays!! Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to something truly unique and sweet!!

As a female and a minority, I loved being able to support this female, minority-owned business!! The owner was so kind and generous! Love this store!! They have the cutest desserts, so creative, beautiful and delicious!! I’ll definitely be back!
