This location of Malibu Poke operates like a well run military unit. The food prep is quick and comes out precisely as you customize it. The dining space feels clean and bright because the team here keeps it that way-thank you! I’ve grown weary of places that rely solely on the customers bussing of their own table to constitute “cleaning” of the dining area (go to the Chipotle on McKinney near Knox and you’ll find a dingy space where every table looks as if it hasn’t been wiped clean in ages). The food quality is excellent and tastes great. Whether dining in or taking away, you’ll have a great meal.

You walk in and place your order on a machine. Me and my boyfriend ordered a bowl. For what you’re paying, it’s not enough fish or flavor. $20 essentially for a bowl of rice with veggies and very little fish. I’m a poke snob because I’m from Hawai’i where poke bowls are from. While I didn’t expect it to be anything like what I can find back home I was still sorely disappointed. Season your food a little more, damn.

Tired to pay at their self serve kiosk but it wasn't working. Said there is an error while swiping. A guy there kept telling me my card was declining but it was an error on the reader but wouldn't listen to me. My bank would text me an alert if it was declining. The lack of service help is why I'm giving a one star.... So after that I went next door with the same card and had a great lunch at East Hampton. Maybe its time to get better equipment or staff. Maybe both.

Malibu Poke in Dallas was a disappointment. The place had a strong, unpleasant smell, and the prices were way too high. Didn't even bother staying.
He didn’t even bother to ask me if I want anything extra because i don’t like rice in my poke bowl and literally I only had salmon and some jalapeños.
