This location of Malibu Poke operates like a well run military unit. The food prep is quick and comes out precisely as you customize it. The dining space feels clean and bright because the team here keeps it that way-thank you! I’ve grown weary of places that rely solely on the customers bussing of their own table to constitute “cleaning” of the dining area (go to the Chipotle on McKinney near Knox and you’ll find a dingy space where every table looks as if it hasn’t...
Really great for the price-point. I was craving seafood but wanted something healthy and this fit the bill perfectly.

The careful craftsmanship of the bowls makes it far more enjoyable to eat! Each item is placed with purpose so you have nice even bites of food. (Which makes a difference I promise)
