I paid almost $50 for a “medium” pizza that was barely the size of a small. I ordered directly through their website. When the driver arrived, I asked about my drink and he shrugged, saying they only gave him the pizza and told me to call the store. I spoke with someone named Daniel, who was very dismissive even after I told him this was my first time ordering. He claimed I should have received a text saying they don’t carry the drink. If that’s the case, why advertise it on the website and still charge me for it? Overall, a very disappointing experience. Don’t order online. I should have paid attention to the reviews before placing my order. Never again.

I have eaten here a few times and the pizza is fantastic. The crust is really awesome. It really makes the whole pizza even better tasting than most of the other pizza places. I enjoy eating there and will continue to purchase pizzas in the future.

I love the Plano location firstly. As I understand they are all independently owned and operated. First time to this location and it was a let down truthfully. Went for lunch, pepperoni pizza was cold. Literally waited 10-15 min for the next pepperoni pizza to come out. The cheese wasn't fully melted, so they obviously rushed it. Also the crust was really not very good.

The service was awesome. The menu was overly complicated. I enjoyed my *Combo pizza. I was hoping a Supreme or Meat lovers style instead it was just 3 meat. The flavor was very good, However for the price I'd rather have Pizza Patron.
