Spectacular service and beer! Highly recommend!
First timer and definitely loved it. The ambient is chill, the customer service is high quality. The beverages are great. I was amazed by this place.
Good beer and a great location.
Some of the most friendly staff you'll ever meet! Excellent beer selection!
Manhattan Project Beer Co. is easily one of my favorite breweries in the area. The moment you walk in, you get a clean, modern, welcoming vibe that makes you want to stay awhile. The space is bright and open, with plenty of seating whether you’re catching up with friends or settling in for a solo pint.
The beer lineup is where this place really shines. The quality and consistency are outstanding. Necessary Evil is a standout—smooth, bold, and incredibly well-balanced.
The team behind the bar is friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about their craft. They’re great about offering recommendations and helping you navigate the taps if you're trying something new.
Favorite brewery in Dallas. Awesome selection, great vibes, and most importantly great beer. Their food selection is also amazing and they just got voted best fried chicken in Dallas. Also need to give a shoutout to Micah, the GOAT! He was super awesome, gave us some beer tastings and told us about the different beers. I'm a regular and will keep it that way!
Great service. Great beer. Great coffee. Great food.
Awesome place to spend a morning. The place is clean and everything ordered was fantastic. Highly recommend checking this place out.
Manhattan project is great and generally we love this place. Unfortunately, recently they changed the serving size and style of the chicken fingers which were previously a menu staple. Two less and smaller fingers and a higher price. Manhattan is already expensive, charging a dollar for sauce. Now giving you less fries, less chicken - it’s unacceptable for those who remember the original dish. Unfortunately can no longer recommend the chicken fingers. This review is chicken based, beer still slaps. I know the staff agree the new portion size is an unfortunate change.
Awesome brewery tucked away in Trinity Groves.
Parking was pretty easy on a Sunday afternoon. I ordered the flight with 2 of their limited time offerings and 2 staples (Half Life & Hoppenheimer). What really set this place apart was the food. I loved the beef tallow fries.
Lots of people bring their kids here so keep that in mind.
Earlier this year I’d tried the Delayed Destinations (coffee ale) after seeing it at the grocery store and that was also very refreshing. 5/5
Beers and Babies everywhere! This place has turned into a drunk daycare. Children running around doing cartwheels and parents sipping booze right beside them!
Restaurantji Recommends
Good selection of beers and food. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very family friendly.
Beer wonderland. Whether I am dizzy with all the choices or with all the tasting samples is a question best left unanswered. A respectable establishment of its own rank but simultaneously the place to laissez les bons temps rouler. Bring your friends or make new ones here- like Micah, for example, who was so attentive with our group and pulled down-to-earth convo out of us. May I dare say some of the best fried chicken in Dallas, too? (Touchy subject, I know)
MP, I wish I could take your vibe with me everywhere3
This past Saturday I had a very odd experience with an employee who enforced a rule of no drinking their own cans on premises despite us already spending our money on the beer that was available on tap and buying cans. If this was an outside drink or product that was not through Manhattan beer company I would understand but to take away cans from paying customers for a rule that doesn’t even make sense. It came off more targeted than it was informative. I would recommend putting up signs more throughout the property so people are aware and not ripped off buying a product that’s offered in house. Thanks.
We hosted an event at Manhattan Project a couple of weeks ago and it was wonderful! Brad, their Event Coordinator, was super on top of everything and took great care of our group. The arepas were delicious, as was the beer. We had plenty of room for our group, didn't have to worry about anything, and even when we stayed much later than we had booked the space for, Brad didn't rush us at all. I would 100% book here again!
Happened to go here on accident. Ended up a Bob Ross kind of moment lol.
Great drinks and atmosphere! The workers I spoke with were all very cool.
