Great place and great people!
First time coming here. The environment is calm and very nice to co-work, study, or just meet up with friends. Clean and nice staff. I am not an avid beer person but it was good too.
We ordered the charcuterie board and to my surprise they served it with hummus and, some of what looked like soft pita chips and some nuts. It seemed very vegetarian forward which was nice.
The best of all was the server, Bella Reynolds. One of the best services I have received in a restaurant. Extremely nice, tentative to our wants, knows how to talk and have great conversations. Best of luck to her endeavors!
Great Vibes. Loved the outdoor area. I recommend the red gate and the fried egg arepa!
The food is incredible. The beer is incredible. The wise monkey and imperial hop are some of the best beers I've ever had and I'm 100% not from Texas. The wait staff is nice and informational and clearly love their job and the fact that they work here. You will have a great time coming here, at the very least. Do yourself a favor and check it out. It won't be a regret
Personally as a first timer here and new to the Dallas areas, given I am from Austin with a slew of bars, breweries, and food… I am quite happy and certain the quality of the beer selections are top tier.
Shout out to Lynn and Alex!
I haven’t tried all their beers, but I’m an amber ale man and their Red Gate Amber is my fave. Maybe my favorite of any Amber I’ve had, and I’ve had a lot!
Our favorite brewery for food and beer, with a great space for meeting friends.
Best Brewery in Dallas! The food is amazing! Braised pork arepa & truffle fries
Without a doubt the best beer in Dallas! The Quarter Life, Peacekeeper, and Hoppenheimer are the standouts ? not only that but the steak frites are phenomenal as well! Love coming here all the time
Great Beer, Great People! Food could use just a little tweaking, but not complaining...

Always amazing food, beer, and atmosphere!
Coffee is always on point ??
Great hangout space. Was here for a networking event and they saved a private space for us in the back. Awesome ambience.
Came for the coffee and going to return for everything else they offer! I drank an iced tres leches latte and had chorizo tacos. Swear these taste like my grandma's taco from when I was a kid. Not only were they nostalgic, but the salsa! Who made this?! I need this in a large cup with a straw. I'm very much happy with my drink and breakfast today. ?
I'll start with the negatives - the service model is a mish-mash of track down a menu, track down a server, wait in line, drink your drink and eat your food and then start all over again. My wife and I sat at a table for about ten minutes before we figured out that no one was coming. Whatever time and money they think they're saving by not simply doing table service is lost by deterring repeat orders. If they really, really didn't want to do table service, they can stick a number on each table and have digital ordering - what they have right now is the worst of all possible worlds.
Having said all that... the food is UNREASONABLY good. We had simple pub food, a pretzel, fries and a sausage, but each element was fantastic on its own.
It was complemented by one of the best mustards I've ever had, based on their Hoppenheimer beer. We also had an absolutely delicious orange curry dipping sauce, and we mopped out the dipping cup with fries before we were done.
Sauerkraut is not for everyone, but this place's take is unbelievable. Notes of mint (yes mint), pepper, and sweet vinegar dominate, and it's not very often you see someone innovating in as conservative a dish as sauerkraut.
Unprepared for how good the food was going to be, I'll be returning for dinner soon. And note that I've gotten this far without even mentioning beer - Manhattan Project is perhaps the best brewery in North Texas, and the beer is served cold, so it's a great foundation to the whole experience.
If this place could sort their service and processes, it could be one of the top restaurants in Dallas. Make it happen!
