Really want it at breakfast taco but didn't feel like driving way downtown to Tacodeli or to Plano so I decided to try Maple Street biscuit Company. I would say I don't recommend but I haven't tasted anybof their other items so I won't say that just yet. But my first time it wasn't a good experience. I ordered 2 breakfast tacos, one sausage and one bacon. The taco shells are flour and they are cooked very hard. The potatoes are hard. The bacon is hard and it's only one piece the potatoes taste like they've been sitting and reheated. There's no flavor and no love put into the dish. The picture on DoorDash shows that it has sour cream and other items on there I didn't get any of that at the end of the day. I'm still hungry. I feel like I wasn't fed because this was not good you'll see in the picture. I ate the sausage one so I couldn't take a picture of that one. The sausage was probably the best thing in this dish. I should've just drove to fuzzy tacos or just drove to Taco Deli. This was disappointing. I would recommend they don't cook the flower shells. It doesn't make the taco taste good.
I said before I won't say I don't recommend because I haven't tried any other dishes that may be good but I'm hesitant to even try another dish but I do wanna try one of their place to see if that taste better so I'll give an update if I decide to try again, I'm kind of turned off right now . I also ordered a coffee a latte no flavor for at all either.
This is my first visit to this’s restaurant, on my birthday, and the service is lacking. I haven’t given my food yet so I can’t review that but the lack of service I can review. There are 3 workers working, a female and 2 males. When I approached the counter the female said they would be with me in a second. I was fine with that because it gave me additional time to review the menu. She never came, and after about 5 minutes of waiting, I’ve of the guys came to take my order. I placed the order, took my receipt and went to wait. While reviewing the receipt I noticed an error and wanted to get it corrected. I went back to the counter and waited. All 3 looked at me but not one person came to see what I needed so I walked away. There is a guy that came up after me, the lady said one second and he is still waiting-10 minutes later. If the food is good I will not be visiting this location again. I value service and it’s non existent here.
Came hopeful and left satisfied. The five and dime is so good! I'm going to bring out of town guests here when they visit!
AMAZING FOOD Biscuits and gravy the ancestors are proud of!!!
Soooo good. This was my first time and I want to try everything here.
This was our first time visiting Maple Street and it was a great experience. The food was hot and delicious, and the young lady who took our order and brought out our food was so sweet. I wish I had gotten her name. We will be returning.
loud and chaotic and food took a long time to come but the food is good
Food fresh. Service great. Biscuits good and fluffy. Just a great place all around. The type of place that make breakfast your favorite meal!!!

Overall, good food, horrible atmosphere and setup.
- They didn't deliver one of our dishes, and 2/3 plates were missing things (bacon missing from the keto bowl, goat cheese from the sweet potato bowl).
- It is SO LOUD. We had to move tables because we couldn't hear each other talk. After moving, the change was negligible. Standard customer conversations and a baby crying (very normal things) made the restaurant so loud it was a very uncomfortable experience.
- Layout and setup is awful. You have to ask for water cups and to-go boxes, but there's nowhere you can do that without being in the way of at least 3 people. The runners do not approach customers and they move so fast that you can't catch them. We left a good amount of food behind because we couldn't stand the thought of again trying to find someone who could get us a to-go box (we'd already asked for our 3rd dish, the missing goat cheese, the missing bacon, and water cups by this point).
- Tables don't have hot sauce, salt, pepper, napkins, or sweeteners, so you have to carry all of that to your table in addition to your coffee/soda.
- Their "coffee bar" is 3 carafes, a mug of sweet-n-lo and white sugar packets, 1 pitcher of half-and-half, a syrup of some kind with no label, and no trash bin for your waste. Only 1 person can be at it at a time.
- They don't put out their seasonal menus as you enter the line to order, so you then have to try to read it really fast while you have people behind you in line.
I really do enjoy their food, but omg if you're going to have a mostly self-serve restaurant, PLEASE put out common items and PLEASE have floor staff pay attention to customers trying to get help. You cannot ask the cashier for anything if there's a line because there's essentially a wall of equipment blocking you. We spent just over $42 for 2 bowls, 2 coffees, and biscuits and gravy to share. For that much money, things should be much better.

My wife and I came here with her co-worker, who found this breakfast spot for us while they’re in town for a work conference.
When you walk in, there are menus available at the entrance, and more are at the register in case you missed one.
It wasn’t too busy this morning, but the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly.
I ordered the Retro, and my wife went for the Keto with apple cinnamon waffles. The atmosphere is very open, and while the A/C was a bit chilly, it makes sense with the large windows. I can imagine how hot it gets during the Texas summer.
The food was amazing! My biscuit and jam were delicious, and though my mini hash browns were a little over-fried, it wasn’t a big deal for me.
The orange juice is freshly squeezed not the processed stuff you get at most places. There’s some pulp in it, so if you’re not a fan, you might want to ask if they offer a pulp-free option.
