Sad to say that I might not be back. Got my shake with none of the mix-ins I ordered (thankfully they don't charge extra for them) but I had already left, wasn't really worth going back for. At least the pint flavor was correct. I do feel for the lady working the counter, 1 person to manage an entire Saturday is a lot but still. The ice cream itself is fantastic.
UPDATE (09/18/2024): I have been reached out to by the location and am happy to report my second visit was much better! Would recommend just be mindful about the days and time you order.

I ordered cookie cake for my son’s Birthday and it was good, but the customer service is horrible. I placed order for cookie cake and added cookies to order, arrived to pick up order and no cookies for my party. Explained I added cookies and was told because I didn’t pay the cookies were not made and no apology just a back and fourth with employee, but I ordered in advance and no one called to confirm or let me know an extra charge was due or that I would arrive to no cookies for my son’s party. I have no problem paying extra for what I ordered and could have been charged when I arrived, but to just not make the cookies that was apart of order and no apology is bad customer service Also sent complaint and no follow up. Will not be back
