I usually come by Saturday evenings and the staff is always so friendly and welcoming. They always greet me and my family with a smile. They have variations of cookies, ice cream, and unlimited toppings what more can you ask for!!!! Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I really enjoy coming to this place, but this time I was a bit disappointed. We ordered two small Junior cones. As the lady finished preparing my first cone and moved on to the next one, she realized they were out of plain Junior cones. She kindly offered to replace it with a small dipped cone. At checkout, the lady didn't know how to add my loyalty points to my account, so she asked another colleague for help. When I questioned why I was being charged for a dipped cone when the previous lady offered to replace it since they didn't have the plain one we wanted, the response was that it was my choice to get that cone. I explained that I understood that, but the previous offer was to replace it since they didn't have what we initially wanted… So yes, I’m pretty upset she charge me for something that technically wasn’t my fault.

I have been eating "DAIRY" w/o my knowledge, every year and this is the "Birthday Club". If your dairy free go home and get an ice cream maker, they only have Coconut based Mint Chocolate Chip. The service is nice and the store is clean.

We came in about 15 mins before they closed and you would have thought we were the first customers in the door. Glad we found this delicous place on our quick stop in Texas. Will be back on our next visit.

Despite the reviews I tried this place as Jeni's down the block was packed. I was served relatively quickly and out the store. I had the sweet cream and pistachio with fix ins. The marshmallows weren't stale which was appreciated since normally it is elsewhere. The ice cream is cloyingly sweet but it satisfied my craving.

AWFUL SERVICE! I have cancer and all I wanted was some ice cream. The manager on duty waited on us. If you can call it that, she barely filled our ice cream. I had never been there and asked how the mix-ins worked, she walked away and started making cones. Amazingly rude!!!!!!!!!!!!!
