I will go down the street to the frozen yogurt place before going back. I am not being disrespectful to the staff here, I just firmly believe that this place is GROSSLY overpriced. I order one scoop in a cup and one topping and it's $8!??? Ummm...not even the beloved BlueBell is worth that. The value is not there. Cut it in half and we'd have some business.

Every time i come here its $10 for ice cream regardless of how little ice cream i get. I got a cup, A CUP of sherbert. $9. Nine damn dollars. And it wasnt even that good. ColdStone is better but there isnt one near 😒

The Marble Slab did not have any sugar free ice cream so we did not stay. We went to Braums instead.

I was expecting more. The ice cream was ok. The cone was ok. The price was not ok. 2 single dips for $15. For that price I expected quality ice cream. I would not return.

I do not know how you can be an ice cream place and run out of cones, waffle bowls, and fudge but this store managed to do it. Went there for ice cream tonight but left when we were told this and went to Dairy Queen instead. Won't be back. DQ has better ice cream anyway

Won't be coming here again. Staff that doesn't understand English well. I ordered some thing and he said oh we out of brownies. I said ummm how u out. I said forget it I'll go elsewhere. The lady who runs the place comes out and shows him where they are. Dude I am still writing a bad review.

Lawd have mercy on my poor soul, $18 for two waffle cones with two scoops of ice cream? I could buy all the materials it costs to make, pay for the employees hourly wage, AND their gas to come to my house to make it for the same cost! I have never paid this much for ice cream in my life, and I absolutely will never again. The ice cream was decent, but absolutely not worth the price. I understand the gimmick of chopping up the ice cream with the toppings, but there needs to be some variability here. I asked for a Sundae with one of the combination ice creams, and in turn I got a dirty glare back from the ice cream man telling me that OH I CAN ONLY HAVE VANILLA IN MY SUNDAE. Literally all he had to do was put hot fudge on top of the ice cream I wanted. Bruh. If I'm going to need proof of credit, pay stubs, and a 20% down payment to buy an ice cream cone, at least let a brother decide what type of flavor he wants, and please don't treat me like I'm an idiot. The customer always comes first my friend. Mic drop.

Ordered a birthday cake and tried to pick it up twice during open hours and doors were locked. Lights were on the second time but still doors locked. Hours before my event I had to find another cake. Thank goodness there was a Baskin-Robbins across the street to save the day.

We were in the mood for some ice cream and this was the closest place near us. The ice cream was just that: ice cream. Nothing great. However, for one scoop it was $8. There's not much you look for in an ice cream place. Friendly staff and good quality ice cream. This place had neither of those. We won't be returning, and I suggest you head in the opposite direction as well.

Literally the worst experience ever. Marble Slab has always been one of my favorite ice cream places. But after the experience I had today, I probably won't ever come back there again. The manager "Cash" was rude and very unwelcoming. Then when we asked for a sample he barely gave us any that we could hardly taste what we were sampling. Then when we showed him the Yelp $1 off coupon for his store location, he wouldn't accept it. I mean how do you not take a coupon for YOUR OWN LOCATION?! He was very rude about it and we almost decided to tell him to keep the ice cream and just walk out. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. ITS A BAD IDEA.

This place is the worst. I honestly wish I could give less than 1 star. I went in there for the first time and the manager ( he said his name was Cash) was one of the rudest individuals I've ever come across in the service industry. First, the samples were so small we couldn't even taste what we were sampling. Second off, there is a dollar off coupon on Yelp for this location, but he said they do not accept coupons ever. He would not honor it even though they advertise with it to bring in customers. Complete LIARS! 3rd, 2 small ice creams came to over $15. The worst thing is that the ice cream is gross. Not even worth $1.50 let alone $15. I will never go back here again. If my review can help one person to take their business to another ice cream shop in the area, I did my job. Do not waste your time or your money at this terrible ice cream spot.

Wayyyyyyyyyy to expensive. Bought a regular ice cream and it came out to be about $8 and it lasted me almost 10 bites. This is way to pricy for some ice cream. The ice cream was good but for that much money I could have gone to Wal-Mart and bought all the ingredients and made 20 of them.

We where hesitating stopping here because of all the bad reviews. But I must say, we didn't have a complaint. We walked in and where greeted with friendly smiles by two of the employees who asked us how we where doing. I was offered samples of the flavors and we where cared for in a speedy manner. The ice cream looked and tasted great!

I am frankly appalled by our experience. The staff was very pushy; they asked us 5 times in the span of less than 2 minutes if we had our order ready. The store was hot (I highly doubt they had the air conditioner running) and I could see the ice cream melting in the 'cooler.' By the time we got our ice cream, it was almost completely melted. Not only that, but we paid an insane amount of money ($22 dollars for one small ice cream, one shake, and one cone.) I would rate this 0 stars if I could.
