Ambiance was great, beautiful views. Took forever to get first round of drinks... second round didn't come out until last course. Table next to us had a similar problem and was a little more irate.
The food is good and has unique flavors. The tables were too long to enjoy a conversation without feeling like you were sharing with the tables around you. We placed our drink orders and then we placed all of our food order at once. We didn't receive our drinks until after the second course arrived (about 30 minutes). The service was draggingly slow. The lighting was a little too bright for a 7pm reservation and took away from the ability to see the skyline because of the glare on the window. I think this place could be a lot better but was totally underwhelmed, especially for the pricing. Although they were so so very slow, the staff was very friendly.
Service was extremely nice but a steakhouse not having a steak option for lunch is extremely disappointing.
Huge thank you to Adriano and the JW Steakhouse team for making my dad's birthday truly special. From the attentive service to the thoughtful touches throughout the evening, everything was top-notch. You made him feel celebrated, and our family had a wonderful experience. We're so grateful!
My Husband and I ate here for a date night to celebrate his recent promotion. The staff did an amazing job helping make this night special. They made sure to congratulate him as well as offer us a complimentary glass of champagne to toast. The food was amazing as well my favorite was the sea scallops. 10/10 highly recommend.
We had the NYE dinner experience and it was amazing. The food was exquisite, each plate had distinct flavors with quality ingredients. The king crab and white truffle ricotta angolotti was out of this world! Everytging tasted great. The service was amazing, the staff was all very welcoming and kind. The only thing that could have made the experience better is if there was a wine pairing with the menu for each course. Highly recommend.
I went here for Christmas dinner, and was grossly underwhelmed. The only good thing from their menu was their oyster. I ordered the lobster mac & cheese, the ribeye medium rare and the roasted asparagus. The lobster mac & cheese does not come with lobster as advertised instead, they use crab. I asked if they could change the price to reflect that they aren't serving what was advertised they said no. Which was fine, but then it came out and it looked like Noodles in cheese soup which had a vinaigrette taste to it. It was absolutely disgusting. The ribeye was not properly cooked at the right temperature. Parts of the ribeye was rare, while Other parts were medium. It was just atrocious and there was no flavor. It tasted like it was quickly burnt on the grill. The roasted asparagus left nothing much to be desired.. The service was OK but I thought it was bizarre that the waiter would tell me that he was only getting paid $2.13 an hour after greeting me that his entire livelihood was dependent on tips...granted, this is before I even had time to look at the menu. I felt that was a bit tacky and when I asked for the bill He asked me if he had done anything wrong and I told him that the food was terrible. It wasn't a reflection of him since he didn't cook it. But he insisted that This was about him. Won't go back.
Rude, and unknowledgeable bartender. Missing hostess, there was a large birthday party making a ton of noise that turned into a vocal vulgar fight. Drinks are way overpriced. Just a terrible experience. The waiter did his best but when you start at such a bad level there's not much that can be done. Very disorganized, unprofessional and just a mess. Avoid and save yourselves a bad night/experience.
We came here for thanksgiving brunch buffet. Everything is great. The price is a bit high but still acceptable. Will come back again for special occasion.
We visited JW on 11/15 family of 5 was hesitant coming along with my babies on such a restaurant setting but I'm glad we brought them along, the food was delicious, service was top notch. Corinna was exceptionally impressive.she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything right specially with the kids. The place is quiet since most diners are adults just be mindful if you visit with kids that are overly loud. # high chairs available # kids menu.

We enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and view! Highly recommend it and we'll go again next time we're in town.
We had a very lovely experience. Everything was perfect; from our table with an amazing view, the delectable food and drinks, and the attentive service we received. Our server was so courteous, effective, and extremely friendly making the dinner experience even more pleasant. The ambiance was cozy and elegant, and the view was beautiful.
Very surprisingly unique menu for a large chain hotel restaurant. Local touches all over the board from bee pollen, micro greens to steaks. Solid wine list with a couple surprises for a couple that is from out of town. Service was exceptional, they gave us time and space quickly realizing we were not there to eat and dip. A great find for sure.
My coworkers and I had lunch here after a conference. The service by Eric was wonderful and he was very mindful of our peers allergies. He helped her picked something from the menu and communicated well with the chef. I had the brisket tacos and they were interesting. I've never had corn inside my tacos and that gave it a very different taste. The brisket was cooked to perfection. The beans were ok in my opinion. I do want to go back for dinner and try their steaks.
The ambiance and food presentation were incredible, but the service and taste were lacking. From the moment we walked up to the host stand it was down hill from there. Barely greeted, rushed to our table, host didn't pull out our chairs and rushed off as soon as we were seated. The server was trying her best. We counted 8 tables and only saw one server. They were severely understaffed. Food was good but not for the price. Extremely over valued. Steak came out room temp, bass was over salted. I normally will find something good to post but for the price I was expecting a lot more attention to detail. Concept is great, execution is lacking.
