Rude, and unknowledgeable bartender. Missing hostess, there was a large birthday party making a ton of noise that turned into a vocal vulgar fight. Drinks are way overpriced. Just a terrible experience. The waiter did his best but when you start at such a bad level there's not much that can be done. Very disorganized, unprofessional and just a mess. Avoid and save yourselves a bad night/experience.

We came here for thanksgiving brunch buffet. Everything is great. The price is a bit high but still acceptable. Will come back again for special occasion.

We visited JW on 11/15 family of 5 was hesitant coming along with my babies on such a restaurant setting but I'm glad we brought them along, the food was delicious, service was top notch. Corinna was exceptionally impressive.she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything right specially with the kids. The place is quiet since most diners are adults just be mindful if you visit with kids that are overly loud. # high chairs available # kids menu.

We enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and view! Highly recommend it and we'll go again next time we're in town.

We had a very lovely experience. Everything was perfect; from our table with an amazing view, the delectable food and drinks, and the attentive service we received. Our server was so courteous, effective, and extremely friendly making the dinner experience even more pleasant. The ambiance was cozy and elegant, and the view was beautiful.

Very surprisingly unique menu for a large chain hotel restaurant. Local touches all over the board from bee pollen, micro greens to steaks. Solid wine list with a couple surprises for a couple that is from out of town. Service was exceptional, they gave us time and space quickly realizing we were not there to eat and dip. A great find for sure.

My coworkers and I had lunch here after a conference. The service by Eric was wonderful and he was very mindful of our peers allergies. He helped her picked something from the menu and communicated well with the chef. I had the brisket tacos and they were interesting. I've never had corn inside my tacos and that gave it a very different taste. The brisket was cooked to perfection. The beans were ok in my opinion. I do want to go back for dinner and try their steaks.

The ambiance and food presentation were incredible, but the service and taste were lacking. From the moment we walked up to the host stand it was down hill from there. Barely greeted, rushed to our table, host didn't pull out our chairs and rushed off as soon as we were seated. The server was trying her best. We counted 8 tables and only saw one server. They were severely understaffed. Food was good but not for the price. Extremely over valued. Steak came out room temp, bass was over salted. I normally will find something good to post but for the price I was expecting a lot more attention to detail. Concept is great, execution is lacking.

The staff was very friendly and warm. The service was impeccable and the staff really does care about making the gas experience truly amazing. The food was great as well, very fresh and tasty. And the skyline views in the background of the windows are very pretty! This is a very nice classy restaurant, I cannot recommend enough and I will definitely be back! Highly recommend! I came for a birthday dinner and they made my experience truly remarkable! in the desert they brought out for my birthday was so beautiful! Thank you again!

My wife and I enjoyed the restaurant but we will not go again for two reasons. We we arrived there were only 10 people there which was weird to be at 7:30. This is a steakhouse. Well we learned why. When we sat down we were told they did not have anymore ribeyes which we thought was weird because no one was there and I am a ribeye guy. That's my favorite steak. So I settled for the loin which was good. We ordered for the appetizer fried octopus. We assumed it would be more than just one fried tentacle. That's all it was to share with my wife. One tentacle for 25 bucks. Very disappointing. The steaks were good, the sides were awesome. Overall a 5 out of 10. My wife and I wanted to try a different steakhouse out in Dallas. Well we will stick with what we know because for the price we spent we can get more other places

Muhammad was such a great server, we asked for him the second day. Good food at typical hotel prices.

Food was served slow approximately 45 minutes and food was ok not bad. Server Holly was great. I appreciate the complimentary desert for our anniversary.

Dinner was good and delicious! But the service not so great. Celebrating anniversary dinner and waitress didn't even acknowledge. After dinner she did not ask if we wanted dessert. Very poor service. We went for the experience. But will not return. Going to stick with our favorite restaurant.

The dinner was very good and we would definitely go back. Prices seem a little high compared to similar restaurants. Surprised by cherry mole & baby squash stew served with Duck. I would hope that the side would compliment the flavor of the meat and this side was overpowering and took away from the duck. Wouldn't order it again.
