Marie’s Kitchen has the best authentic filipino food. My son and I LOVEEEE the Ube Pancakes they are amazinggg.. Matter of fact this place is the ONLY spot for Ube pancakes in the Dallas Metroplex!!! This family owned small kitchen is a must visit for some authentic comfort food. By the way it’s located in an office building on the 1st floor but on Sundays you have to go in the side door. Look for 11910 Brown building.

Tucked away on the inside of an office building, Marie’s is a hidden gem serving Filipino breakfast and American lunch favorites! I enjoyed a very delightful Filipino-style brunch at during my visit here. My favorite item by far was the Ube Pancakes (made with ube-infused pancake batter ?) that came with ube-flavored syrup. They used to only open on weekdays for breakfast and lunch, but they recently started opening on Saturdays to allow more customers to visit on the weekend! I will definitely be back to try more of their different breakfast items. Here’s what I ordered:Ube Pancakes ($7.50)Lumpia Silog ($11.50) - pork lumpia with rice and eggsHalo Halo ($7) - love the ube ice cream that came on top!

By far the best filipino restaurant I’ve been to in the area. Great hidden gem in the city, the cashier was very helpful and attentive, but the food was just on a whole other level. The lumpia had a thin crispy wrapping and was very flavorful. Of course I had to get my favorite which was lechon kawali and it did not disappoint, meat was very tender and juicy and the skin was very crispy. Had to end it off with some ube pancakes and I can’t even come up with words to describe them, just amazing. If you come here it is inside an office building just walk in and look for suite 103, you will not be disappointed!

The food is amazing, and the hospitality is wonderful. Very helpful to make decisions. I tried the ube pancakes and a side of lumpias. Everything was delicious, and the water they brought you to drink had lemons and cucumbers very refreshing. Pancakes are super soft and big. The ube sauce love it, Thank you for sharing yall dishes. Now I need to go back and try the rest of the dishes!!

Others have said it, but worth reiterating that this restaurant is located in a first floor suite of a random office building. So if it's your first time visiting and you feel kinda weird walking around searching for it, don't give up! You're probably on the right track.Anyway, this is my FAVORITE breakfast/brunch spot. Very humble but extremely tasty and expertly prepared. It just leaves you feeling great; the portions are perfect for the price. As simple as it sounds, I absolutely love the way they prepare the rice. I've been trying a different silog every time I visit--all are excellent. Maybe I'll give a special shout out to the embotido silog--didn't know what to expect with that one and it was super tasty. Baby loves the tap silog so we always get that too. And we often can't help but grab an ube pancake. It's too much to finish on top of everything else but who cares, just get it and take the rest home because it's very special and you won't get it as good anywhere else. :)

Delicious food, great service, quaint space! It can be hard to find since it's in an unmarked office building, but we found the building through the building number and headed inside to look for the suite number.I got the ube pancakes with a side of sausage and they were sooooo good! The ube sauce on the side is to die for and you can have plenty leftover for other desserts with how much you're given.

Excellent breakfast with excellent prices.

This was really, really good, but, as others have noted, very much a hole-in-the-wall. Yelp reminds me to mention the "service", and it's a good thing, because I otherwise would have forgot. I think that's a great thing to say about service, though: it was fast and unobtrusive, so my friend and I could focus on our conversation. The food was delicious. They had a Filipino breakfast, which I had never had before, but now I'll be sure to seek it out. Sweet and spicy with an egg. Just perfect.

Tried to come here a few times, but they close on random days. The day I was able to get off work early and come before closing, they stopped serving food an hour before they close. Should really adjust operating hours.

Best in catering business for food quality and taste. Ginataang kalabasa is a popular vegan option. You can request and they can modify the taste to your preferences like less spicy, use of sauce, sesame oil or none of that, etc. They are very creative in terms of meeting your needs with food options. Their adobo and beef calderetta are popular among non-filipino groups as well.

Love Yelp for finds like this one. How else would I have found this awesome spot situated in a random office building suite (#103 on the first floor, for those looking!)I had the corned beef silong and it hit all my favorite savory breakfast notes: salty, crispy, eggy, meaty...with a side of rice! I planned on taking it to go, but couldn't resist a quick bite while it was still hot. One bite turned to two, two to three, the next thing I new half the plate was gone. And, really, I was too far in to stop. Major major props, to this cafe/deli. I understand why folks are willing to get lost in an office park for a humble plate of food. Excited to continue exploring more Filipino fare on the menu after this breakfast.

LOVED. A literal hole (gem) in the wall in DFW. It's located inside a corporate office building lol so dont be surprised like i was, ive never seen such a thingSuper friendly staff and the place feels like they serve warm home-cooked Filipino meals and that is exactly what we got.my favorite werr the Ube pancakes! oh my! They were big and fluffy! Not too sweet and the ube was ube-ing!! That cream syrup was amazingThe lechon was crunchy and I loved the radish and the sauce that came with it. The curry tasted like my mom's cooking so you know that's already getting 5 starsI love supporting places like this and will definitely be back again!
