I called them because I wanted to place my order over the phone, they answered me, then they left my call on hold for 2 minutes and then hung up on my call. I called them 6 more times and they never answered my call. Well, I went to the restaurant and they told me that they were going to ask the kitchen, the girl came back and told me that they couldn't sell me anything anymore because there were only 20 minutes left to close!! How crazy my order was for takeout and they came out with this.If you are not ready to serve the customer, do not set a time that you are going to close at 9pm when at 8:40 you are already denying the service and product to your customers. What a disappointment with this place, the food is very delicious but the service is Pathetic.

Ok, everything was going very well until when I uncovered the cabbage that is served to the pupusas, it had a piece of tortilla, and it had sauce, of course they gave me a plate of cabbage that had already been served to another table and they left it and The kitchen people reused it, and brought it to me, it makes me think that what the customers leave they serve again to the next customers who ask for service, everything went very well in everything!!!

The worst thing I have eaten there is their torejas, plantains and honey-dried bananas. They are rancid and dry and hard, and the pupusas personally, 8 out of 10

They have the best popusas i've ever had, but the past few times I have not ordered them since when you walk in there is no one at the till. I usually wait a few min, i understand they might be busy but every single time i've gone, no one is there. I can see from the reviews that its a common thing, not only that friends and family have said the same thing.

The worst of the worse. 40 minutes of waiting and in the end the waitress never put my dish in!!! The lady at the till also gave terrible attention. I'm never coming back again.

They have very delicious food but the waitresses are not doing their job well, plus customer service, a long time waiting to order!!!!! And they never came back to see if anything else was offered.

I LOVE Mexico, sadly it's hard to find authentic aqua frescas something but the fruit is fresh and we just had the best, most refreshingly naturally sweet agua Fresca EVER. I will be back it was incredible

By far, the worst market Latina in dfw.I ordered huevos Ranchero with a soft yoke, and they brought me 2 burnt eggs.I ordered a pastillito de Carne they brought me one the size of a of my thumb. Only thing worth eating was the pupussa.

Me and my buddy wants to go work out over there off Northwest highway and Web chapel at a planet fitness. As we were leaving we seen this restaurant next to the fiesta and decided to make a pit stop. It was all good. My homie was Spanish and they spoke no English so he translated for me and I got the staples. It looked like it was a traditional dish. It had some fry plantains a pupusa and like some fried pork belly with some salsa release generic nothing stood out too much.
