I worked here briefly in early 2022. I was brought in by a recruiter because I have worked in a few coffee shops. I was brought in at $16 an hour plus tips and after a month on my day off, the Nordstrom manager came to the EBAR floor an announced to the whole floor that myself and 2 other employees would be receiving a pay cut. I had to find out from other employees and not the eBar manager and not the Nordstrom manager. It was also just an incredibly hostile work environment.Their espresso machine is also poorly taken care of.

Nordstrom member since 2017,, I always go to eBar for coffee and today wanted some water since I was getting hiccups… I did also order a coffee.. but my server Kevin insisted that they only serve bottled water… I mean?Anyways I told him I just want a cup of water but he just pretended that he didn’t know what I was talking about… not expecting this from Nordstrom eBar! Kevin you need to level up ur customer service.. one bottle of water sale is not going to get you anywhere..

The employees at this coffee shop are very unprofessional and rude. I think one looked high working on the job too. You ask as a customer for an iced lavender chai latte and first time around after waiting so long, they gave me a cup of ice water. Then, I told them this wasn’t what I ordered and second time they give me chunky iced mocha (again, this is NOT what I had ordered). I told the lead employee (who looked like an Asian middle aged man with glasses who had taken my order) reminding what I had ordered and he rudely yells at me in front of other customers for THEIR screw up on my order. Not to mention, they charged me $8.50 for this wrong order. Usual price is nearly half that amount. Please do yourselves a favor and stay away from this sloppy coffee shop who they have no customer service skills to show for and ripping customers off. Shame on this coffee shop!

This is my favorite coffee in the Galleria. It is not over priced and I am never disappointed.

I ordered the Mocha Ice Storm because it was a usual drink that my parents once loved. The place is rather clean and drinks are served well. Lots of snacks to choose from and I love chocolate chip cookies.
