I used to really like their food. Ordered a chicken salad sandwich for lunch, I got maybe a mouthful of actual chicken salad. And my sandwich looked like someone sat on it. Completely disappointing.
Plus the folks in the kitchen were not wearing hairnets, the one guy had a big beard and the blonde girl kept touching and flipping her ponytail around. Gross. And also, it was freezing cold in there. Will not return.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Best McAlister’s in DFW!

This is hands down the best McAlister’s I’ve been to in the DFW area! The employees were exceptionally kind and attentive to every customer dining in. They kept a smile on their faces the entire time, making the experience genuinely welcoming. The service was quick, and everyone was friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a great visit. I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend this location.

While having lunch at McAlister’s back in October I noticed a cookie tray they had made up for Halloween. It was darling! I commented on it and the lady taking my order told me they can make them up with 2 hrs notice.

Fast forward to tonight, I had an hour to kill between work and church. I thought it would be nice to bring a cookie tray for the ladies in my group. I apologized for the late notice and asked if it was possible to have one made within an hour..

TBH, when the sweet gentleman (it was his 4th day there) went to go ask, I half expected a “no” or at least an eye roll. Instead the two gentlemen who came over were beyond gracious! One said he could make one up in about 15 minutes. The other ran to the back and grabbed one he had just made up for a pick up in the morning and told me I could have that one and he would make another for that order.

They packaged it up in a catering bag along with tongs and napkins. I was told how great they are after a few seconds in the microwave. I was told to enjoy my evening and that “I was going to walk in looking like a hero with that tray!” I couldn’t help but smile! The professionalism, kindness and humor I experienced made me feel so valued as a customer! Thank you!

Not only was the tray a huge value (just over $20), the cookies were ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!!!!!!! The pic I posted is all that were left!!

Service face to face is alright. Food was okay as well, nothing spectacular. It’s really frustrating when a restaurant forgets things in your order though. I shouldn’t have to check the bag to double check. I should be able to expect the things that I paid for to be included with my order.

I was really looking forward to eating here bc I have always loved their food- however once I got my food, more then half through my sandwich I noticed that one of the bottom edges of it had mold. Food is great but just make sure to check it before eating it

So I placed an order inside of the restaurant my order consisted of mayonnaise mustard, no ham, no bacon, extra turkey and instead of spring mix I asked for spinach, but what I got was one thing of turkey a little bit of spring mix that I did not ask for one slice of a small tomato and no mayonnaise. This establishment should be shut down immediately. I had to come home and put my own mayonnaise on my sandwich. What the hell did I pay $13 for?
