Order to go food here all the time hoping they get my sandwich right but both of our sandwiches came with no pickles which the lady asked if we wanted it, then we ask for different cheese on the Italian came with no cheese and spicy mustard and the king club wasn’t with any mayo or spicy mustard just dry and no cheese! The soup didn’t have his green onions and the chips tortilla chips were just crumbs. We get the same order every time and after the 5th time doing this we kinda don’t want to order here anymore. Especially if we are paying $44 for wrong food and no pickles…

This is my to-go location not only for the great food, but mostly for the amazing service me and my family always receive. Every single employee at this location treats us with great kindness. Nick is my favorite manager and always delivers amazing customer service and makes you feel valued and appreciated. Definitely the reason why we go back at least once a week!!!

I've been to this location a few times and it has always been great, however today was exceptional !
We loved our service from Nick ! From the moment we walked in he was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive.
In a day and age where a kind attitude & great customer service is a lost or dying art, this man is a master at it!

We had an issue with our food being delivered and it was super late. Thankfully the manager, Megan, was able to help and was so friendly. Food is also so good!!

Not only is the food great but the service at this location is especially stellar. And a special shout out to Kat and Chris who had to manage by themselves on the 12/15 when two people no showed. They handled the day staying calm and pleasant despite how obviously busy they were. Give them a bonus!

I have always ordered for delivery or takeout for lunch, but absolutely love their variety. The broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl is my absolute favorite. You can’t go wrong with any of their deli sandwiches. Overall a great choice for lunch.

They clearly do not follow directions. Provided with everything I did not want on my baked potato! Paid extra to add bacon just to get crumbs!

Like 20 people in line and only one register open. Lots of employees standing looking at a closed register. But doing nothing about opening another line. Both the ladies with glasses are doing nothing.

This location has consistently been significantly better than my home (grapevine/southlake) location. After 3 bad experiences in a row there I have been going exclusively to Addison when I work in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Visiting from out of town but this McAlister’s location is the best that I’ve been to! Nick and Mariangel are extremely friendly and welcoming! Not just to me, but I observed them being welcoming and positive to all guests. They truly are a positive vibe! They had great energy! Aside from the amazing customer service, the food tasted great, freshly hot and delivered to the table quickly. Thank you Nick & Mariangel for providing such a great experience- love the energy and will be back during my next trip!

The manager Nick was amazing. Service was impeccable and I love the ownership. I love this location and would definitely recommend everyone to visit and Mr. Nick has a great personality!
