McAlister's Deli

I haven’t been in a McAllister’s in a while, and what a pleasant surprise! This one has been completely remodeled, and it’s light and bright, and very clean. The management has been going from table to table asking how things are and if you need anything. You don’t get that very often! I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich on ciabatta bread, with beans and rice as a side. Both items were very tasty. I will definitely be coming here more often!

I placed a mobile order ahead of time but sat down at a table mainly for convenience since I have a short lunch break but regardless Kacey treated me like a regular dine in customer. He checked up on me multiple times and made sure everything was good with my order . He even gave me the recommendation to try the new buffalo chicken nachos which I will definitely try next time . I will be coming back to try those nachos !

Casey is a legend. Had some trouble at other McAlister’s locations but this is the best location because of Casey. Great atmosphere.

This unfortunately has been the worst location I’ve been to , the potato soup I received was so grainy and bland and just barely warm. The sandwich I received though I asked to remove mustard it somehow made its way all over the container my sandwich was in? Unfortunately lost my appetite, not sure what this location has going on but please fix it.

This location is very good at their hospitality and environment they keep at the restaurant. We were treaded with excellent service, food was fresh and good as always.

Decent food. Out of pickles and a few other items. The meat in my French dip was very fatty and not great. Many tables were unkept and hadn’t been cleaned off in hours. Seemed like the mgr wasn’t there that day.

I got a salad and was given a dirty plate. I can't imagine why they didn't catch such filth. In the pictures in posting the green stuff on the plate is from a previous customer. It is dried on not from my salad. I can only imagine what's under the salad I ordered. They had multiple chances to rewash this dish, but instead decided to serve it to a customer.

Is this a joke? My ceaser wrap isn’t wrapped and the tortilla is hard and stale.
We order here all the time for lunch at work. Never again

The assistant manager, I believe his name is Nick, deserves a promotion/raise. This dude has an incredibly positive attitude on a daily basis. I come in for lunch from time to time and he remembers my name and is always so friendly to all the customers. You are the man, Nick.

I did curbside pick up. They were ready as soon as I got there and the curbside guy was so friendly. It was such a great experience.

My Wife and I just came in and grabbed some dinner. And we got blown away by Your employee. The Gentleman's name was Chris and let me tell you he was on the ball. Our order came out and we wanted our clubs in wraps instead of how they come but we forgot to ask for it that way. But he insisted on getting it taken care of for us. And sure enough within a few minutes he had or food back out to us made to our likings. But he didn't stop their he came back to check on us a few minutes later to ensure everything was okay. He followed up and refilled up our tea's. And I notice he wasn't just providing us with that service he was taking care of everybody with his exemplary service skills. Let me tell yall you have yourself a keeper with that man and we will be back just to see him

The manager Kay and the guy who took my order were some of the friendliest out! The experience was professional, straight to the point and overly courteous the entire time. This is my type of Dallas experience!

Amazing Experience at McAlister’s!
The manager was absolutely the best—super friendly, professional, and made the whole experience stand out. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the great service! The food was delicious, and the two other staff members working with him were also fantastic. Everyone worked together to create a positive, welcoming atmosphere. Truly one of the best visits I’ve had!

I personally come to this location often with my wife and the entire staff starting with Dillian and all of the wonderful women up front are simply amazing. The cooks were extremely patient with my complicated order and constantly reassured me that it would be taken care of. I came on Tea Day and the entire store was extremely clean and welcoming. Thank you everyone for the wonderful experience!
