Not related to service but I was interviewed for a position here and they lied to me telling me they weren't hiring even though they 100% are hiring (My sister literally works there and told me they lied). Super unprofessional and huge waste of time.

Really disappointed with the service here. I ordered a pick 2 sandwich that was supposed to be ready at 1:33pm, and I waited until 2:05 to get it. I kept asking what was taking so long and the team was very unresponsive and wouldn’t follow back up with me. There were other people waiting for the same amount of time. When I finally got my sandwich, it had bread that I was ALLERGIC to when I specified gluten-free bread. I waited so long on my work break for food I couldn’t even eat. Please do better.

I had not eaten at McAllisters for a while. I saw the store on Montfort so I went there.I have always liked the potato soup.sadly it was cold and the large serving was the size of the small last time I had it at the store in Garland. The price had not changed just what you got was less. Guess I will pass on McAllisters in the future.

Had a whole meal done incorrectly even showed manager jd they refused to fix my order… I eat here a lot and usually no issues but will rethink this location again !

Location is spacious and was very clean. I was greeted immediately. Order didn't take long at all, and it was well-packaged and neat. The food was on par to McAlisters menu, fresh, and tasted good. They have a pairing option to choose 2 and I had the McAlister club and club salad. I also added a soup, which was appropriately hot. Portion sizes were decent and the meal was a good value. Location is good for a good solo lunch or for a large group. Overall, I would definitely recommend this location if you're a deli foods fan.

Food was excellent.Laura took my order and she was very helpful and pleasant.Only disappointment...no one ever came to ask how everything was and if I wanted a refill...and the restaurant was not busy.This won't keep me from going back...I do enjoy McAllister's!
If you want a good wholesome meal this is your place. No matter what I get on the menu it's fresh and Gooood! Try the Red velvet cookies ? OMG!!! So delicious. I eat her often it's not fried, it tastes good and the price is RIGHT ??

I usually love McAlister's. At this very moment, I have over 2000 points in my rewards account. That should give you an idea of of how much I eat there... Anyway, as of late, the quality and quantity has gone down, while the prices are going up. Today, I purchased a scoop of chicken salad for $3.99. When I got home and opened it up, it was so small. I'm so disappointed. If I'd seen it before I left, I would've just asked for my money back. I also purchased an entree. I asked for a pickle with my sandwich and they forgot that as well. Although, the reason for the review is the chicken salad, or lack thereof. Service was really slow today. So, they offered a cookie for the wait. I appreciate that. I just wish I would've checked my order before leaving. :-(

On 11/11/23 I put in an order for curbside pick up that was supposed to be ready at 7:04 I checked in at 7:05 and waited until 7:30 to finally call and see what the hold up was. I let that incident go, I get home and start eating my sandwich and notice that there is a wrapper of some sort that should have gone in the trash and not in my sandwich. I put in a complaint with the store that night, the store manager responded with a “sorry we did not meet your expectations, I can put a reward on your account if you would like.” I let her know that they absolutely did not meet my expectations since I never expect to have trash in my food. I also don’t want a reward on my account I want a refund on my food that had trash in it. Since then I still don’t have a reward on my account. I also emailed customer service and got no response.
