Avoid. These people charge hidden junk fees. This enables them to list menu prices that are lower than they actually are. You only discover the hidden fees on the final checkout screen.

I will stick with sandwich shops that use honest pricing.

Great the roast beef potato... it's good.

I usually try to avoid chain restaurants, but I make an exception for McAlister's. I'd never heard of them before they had catered lunch at my facility in Goodyear, AZ. Of course, when I arrived here in Dallas and saw there was one here, I had to try it out.

Coming down with some kind of virus and feeling too miserable to cook , I doordashed some soup, chili, and a French dip sandwich. They did not disappoint or skimp. The sandwich was packed with meat, and the au jus was condensed and flavorful. The country potatoe soup was creamy and chunky while the chili was meaty and tasty.

I really appreciated the containers and how well they packaged the food for transport. It was easy to carry; microwave safe bowls were capped and wrapped in saran wrap, making them virtually spill proof. It was easy to reheat my leftovers. The quality of the meal, especially for the affordable price, made my miserable sick day more tolerable.

I appreciate seeing the consistency in product from this chain restaurant and wouldn't hesitate to visit any location.

I recently had the pleasure of ordering from McAllister's Deli on Lemmon Ave in Dallas, Texas, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! We placed a large order for five different people, and from the moment I made the phone call to picking up the order, everything was handled with such professionalism and care.

Gloria and the entire staff were fantastic! They paid attention to every detail, ensuring that our order was perfect. When I brought the food back to the office, everyone was thrilled with their meals. It truly made our day!

Thank you, McAllister's Deli, for such a wonderful experience! We can't wait to order from you again!

The young man that works behind the counter in this place had a very rude and disrespectful attitude towards me, as I was trying to understand the pricing of the combo that I was about to purchase. He had a very disrespectful and non-helpful type attitude that is something you would not expect from someone that works in a role where superior customer service is it expected at all times. When I got my food, I noticed that a young lady was walking around sneezing and not covering her mouth. Additionally, my soup & side of mac & cheese were around 3/4 of the proportions that I normally get other locations. I will not be back at this location again. After reading other of the reviews about this particular location in regards to similar issues of both customer service and cleanliness of the staff at this particular location, I would strongly advise other customers to go elsewhere because with the exception of the location of this establishment is just not worth your money or health that matter to eat at this location

Let me tell you about this location. Today, was not a great day for me. As I walked in, I was blessed with a bundle of joy!! Her name is Gloria. The energy and positivity that she possessed was very contagious. She was also very informative in being a member of the award program for Mc Calisters. Over all, everybody was friendly and catering. I will be back.

Rarely come to McAlister’s and definitely won’t be back. Ordered the McAlister’s Club with no spring mix and they decided not to add the bacon or side of pickle (the order just looked sad). The Chicken Tortilla soup is about as basic as you can get. After receiving my order, I had to ask for the chips (bbq) and corn chips for the soup. The highlight of this meal was the tea. Check your to go order before you leave! Definitely not worth the pricing or time!
