While standing in line today 3/28/24 at about 12:57pm, I saw the lady behind the counter with the black hair & glasses, lick her fingers, & then bent down, & with those same licked fingers, grabbed a large bag from below to bag up a large order. ABSOLUTEY DISGUSTING!!!!! If the management cares, they can look at their security cameras & see it for themselves.

This is what I mean when I say please deconstruct my nachos & everything on side ! Every other Mcalister never does right. Me and my hubby usually split the nacho basket and he didn’t like everything so it’s just easier this way than mixing the tomatoes olives together etc. my new fav location ! Was very prompt and clean as well !Vegetarian options: Good vegetarian choices ! Sandwich option , chili , baked potato , yummy veggie salads

The cashier took forever just to take a simple order of a grilled chicken caesar wrap. I had to repeat myself just so he can understand what I wanted! Also, the ice machine was broken when my family visited. As for the food, it's passable. I am uncertain if I want to come back.

My fav is the jalapeño crunch sandwich, and I go out of my way to get one whenever I am working close to the McAlister’s on Lemmon in Dallas. Today, a most lovely lady named GLORIA, offered a drink refill and bused my table. That’s fantastic service. She was so nice and friendly and outgoing and actually made me feel special. I appreciate it.

She is friendly and willing to help you promptly and always with a positive attitude. I am so happy to see Gloria each day that I go in. Gloria that works most of the lunch/dinner shifts there is awesome. She remembers your name and order and always greets you with a smile. She always makes sure there is plenty of tea and that is sweetened just right.
Sandwich was ok, but why pile all the meat in the middle of the bread. I hate that. Places that do this require a person to deconstruct the sandwich and assemble it properly.I expect more from you McAllisters.
