Yvonne was absolutely rude last night in the drive through, I tried using the mobile app and she disregarded the fact. She slammed the window in my face and walked off. Absolutely unprofessional, I’ve never had this issue at this location before but last night absolutely made me double think about coming back.

Wish I could give zero stars tried to use the app but the manager was absolutely rude. I've never had such a horrible experience. 07/03/2025 The manager was absolutely rude and did not help at all. He started complaining to me about something that was his job. It didn't help at all, I don't know why he still works there.

1 person in front of me in drive through. Wait time was perfect. My food was cold. I ordered 1 small fry no salt, double cheese burger no mustard/extra ketchup/extra onion and a 6 piece nugget. At the window upon paying I asked, “would it be too much to add a large sweet tea?” Gentleman rolled his eyes, grabbed my card, charged me and handed it back. Did not respond to my request. Wound have been fine if he said sorry. 29 second alter he handed my food to me and then closed the drive thru window. I sat there for a second because I wasn’t sure if I was getting a drink or not. Was not given a receipt. After waiting, I drove off. This is the third time I’ve received a very unprofessional experience at this location.

If I could, I wouldn't give them a single star, it's inhumane to leave deliveries waiting outside in the cold and absolutely no one comes out. They don't even talk to you over the bell they leave there .

This lady here was rude I arrived at McDonald at 1:05 to pick up an order from DoorDash and this lady was so rude I was trying to tell her that she gave me the wrong order and she called the police on me for trying to get the correct order never have I ever experience this doing DoorDash all because I refuse to take an order that didn’t belong to the customer

The only issue I have with this restaurant is the person that comes out to hand you your food when at curbside. This slim Hispanic man always has a bad attitude and he pretty much threw ketchup at me when I asked for some to go with my order. I wouldn't even bother reviewing but this has happened more than once with this same guy. He needs an attitude adjustment or maybe get another job.

I have always come to this McDonald's and it is always the same problem, I never wanted to comment but this time I am already angry at this location and I will never stop again. One buys from them and they make a bad face, they don't give you things as they are, they shut you down. window as if one were a criminal when the criminals are they who even for 1 cent they do not return to you in the United States every last cent is returned because if you are missing a cent they will not give it to you the truth is that this McDonald's and more is disgusting with people Ridiculous what you have there, I won't stop again, I won't spend my money in this crappy store again.

went to pick up an uber eats order at 8:45 pm. never come here after 10 for an order because drive thru takes literally more than 30 minutes . the door was open and i went to come use the bathroom . then tried to pick up my order , they said they are closed and i have to go thru drive thru to pick up . same cars are still parked here as i write this review . the lobby should not be closed before 9 pm . seems like they are trying to do the least amount of work .
