4/13/2024They are literally ignorant ??♀️ I asked for the $3.50 meal deal with no pickles on the sandwich and a large sweet tea, EXACTLY HOW I SAID IT AT THE COUNTER, right. He didn't say the total so I swiped my card and look at my receipt and they charged me over $7, it's no sweet tea in the lobby so as I'M asking them to fill it up since I can't do it myself I ask her "do you still have the $3.50 meal deal with the sandwich and fries for $3.50?" This idiot literally just stares at me, looks around like she's lost and continues to stare ? her exact expression!!!! I said UUUUMMMMMM HELLO? DO YOU ALL HAVE A $3.50 MEAL DEAL OR NOT? she looks at me dumbfounded turned and asks the manager in Spanish if they have it, he says yes, I asked him why I wasn't charged for that he said "because you asked her a mcdouble" I ACTUALLY DIDN'T SPECIFY WHICH SANDWICH I JUST SAID "I want the $3.50 meal deal and I want NO PICKLES on my sandwich!!!!!!" So how did I order a mcdouble and it never came out my mouth??♀️ literally just don't go here they ring up what they want then try and tell you what you ordered ??♀️

Weird workers. I was told to pull to the side of the drive thru. Told the lady i have an online order and she didnt beleive me. She just went inside and never came out.

I am here to celebrate Raymon!!! My family and I pulled up to his window and left full of joy... he was THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Despite the fact that he'd had a long day and it's not over until midnight, still one hour to go, he was drenched in joy, humility, kindness, and hospitality. When my 6 year old daughter heard he's there until midnight she said, "You gotta be kidding me!!" I think that made his day just as much as he made ours?The food is the norm, but I'd come back here to visit Raymon any day of the week.

I am not usually one to write these but something has to be said. The night staff is horrible. My order is ALWAYS wrong. I mean Always. I order something with no onions and extra pickles, the sticker is on there but the burger is always wrong. it's made regular. I used to work at McDonalds, as a crew trainer and I know it can be annoying to do special orders but thats simple.Also I have heard the night staff all get on board with this next part. I always get a sweet tea and there is never any made when I go in the evening, and some of the sodas were out as well. One of the Leads (I am assuming) told the drive thru member "Just say we are out I dont feel like replacing anything. If we dont have it ready, just dont sell it" Thats just wrong.I hope this helps make some positive changes in the night crew. Thank you!!

They had a real family friendly environment atmosphere and the managers were very hands-on right with their employees.
Went to pick up for DoorDash at 3 o’clock in the morning. I told the employees the confirmation number they act like they couldn’t hear me left me standing outside for over 10 minutes. But when someone else showed up to pick up food, they had no problems hearing anybody else. This is a horrible McDonald’s with horrible staff.

Absolutely atrocious behavior from a young Hispanic lady that works evenings I want by to pick up a door dash order. Tonight jan 25th 11 I she seemed to be having g issues keeping up with her job. But it's fast food. Really can't be that difficult ive worked it as a teenager and There were plenty of workers. She needs an attitude adjustment. Managers need to have a talk with her
