I have had prior issues at this McDonald’s with employees goofing off while taking my order in the drive-through and getting my order wrong and today I was informed I couldn’t get my exact order that I order every single time from this McDonald’s as well as every other McDonald’ because starting today I cannot exchange my drink that comes with my meal for a McFlurry and pay the difference. I suspect they just didn’t want to make it. I’m surprised I didn’t get a - “the ice cream machine is broken.” - 12/17/25 approximately 2:30 pm

⭐☆☆☆☆ Worst drive-thru experience I’ve had at McDonald’s. The lady giving orders at drive thru had an awful attitude, spoke rudely, and acted like I was bothering her just by being there. To top it off, she tried to charge me for a cup of water — seriously? Completely unacceptable customer service. If you don’t want to deal with customers, don’t work the drive-thru. Management needs to address this ASAP.

I came in earlier to get some breakfast, I ordered coffee and asked for cream on the side and the cashier told me she was going to put it in a cup, the manager who’s name is Ivan yelled “No, we don’t do that” he accused me of asking for cream on the side all the time and holding up the drive through line. He told me from now on that he will refuse service to me. I am a paying customer, can I please have an explanation to this? I will call corporate and let them know what happened, the way I was treated was embarrassing and unacceptable.

So first off I ordered a Caramel latte, which is supposed to be hot it’s indeed a Frappuccino then yall messed my order all up there wasn’t apples in the oatmeal it looked like yall just but it n the bowl and put water in it no cream or apples

2:15p m i'm a Thursday on my way to work. It was not crowded. People treated me nice at the. Register good customer service and very quick. Did not even get a chance to sit down and wait for the food order, was fresh and hot.when i received it

I order Delivery from here 2-5 times a week. Every time there is always something missing. Weather it's just straws and condiments or just plain leaving out whole items. If I ever order from a different McDonalds it's usually correct. This has been going on for years at this location.

Went through the drive thru guy working window rude rude rude if a item is more let the person know and stop rushing ppl when they order no one knows what they are doing didn't get the drink im done coming here I would give a zero if I could
