I place my order at the self kiosk and when I got done a lady and her daughter came in standing at the counter trying to place a order. All employees were standing waiting on food instead of taking orders. The supervisors ain't saying anything. I have to say something to somebody so they can get service. SMH I used to work at a McDonald's basically if you waiting on food take another order. Don't have anyone standing for 20 minutes. SMH 😒

Service was slow and my ? were cold and taste like they were old and redrop. Coworkers and I like coming to McDonald's but not sure anymore this is the second time we've had a bad experience.
