Place online order waited over 20 minutes for them to say that my order would take another 10 minutes to later find out that they said it was already picked up when they were the ones who gave me the receipt and told me to wait.

absolutely terrible service at night the morning crew is okay but afternoon and late night god are they terrible slow and rude needs better management for anything after 3pm they are absolutely horrible at their jobs i do not recommend it at going unless you have a hour to spare or want to kill time

I am requesting IMMEDIATE termination of the whole night shift or I will proceed with a lawsuit I have a clear video of racism that occurred. Why are they closing the lobby at 8pm on a Sunday?? BUTTT taking friends ( who claim to be off the clock ) orders over my one year old?! Yall are a JOKEEEE and this will not be the end!
