Went through drive through at around 10:25. Waited 14 minutes for order. A sausage biscuit and orange juice shouldn’t take 20 minutes to get. Then, the Hispanic lady at the drive through window was rude. I came in to get the order, no apology. No sense of concern. I won’t be giving them another cent.

I rarely leave one-star reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. I approached the staff politely, stood there waiting, and was ignored the entire time. Three employees walked past me multiple times, looked directly at me, and still didn’t acknowledge my presence. I even had to stop a woman in the hallway just to get someone’s attention — and that should never be necessary. Very disappointing level of service.

Went to the drive-thru at 3:15am to order a meal and was told that they're ONLY doing delivery orders. I have to admit, this is the 1st I've been told that at a drive-thru. COVID HAS REALLY SCREWED THINGS UP!!!!! Way to go McDonald's. You TOTALLY ROCK AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!(sarcastic)

The young lady working the window was awesome. She was super attentive to everything. Making sure to ask if I needed ketchup, salt, or pepper. Before handing my drink to me, she made sure the lid was on like it should be. I glanced in at the work area, and the part of the kitchen I saw was immaculate and organized. (I can’t say the same for the Airline Drive Location in North Bossier City, Louisiana). Honestly, it was one of my best drive-through experiences at any McDonald’s I have ever visited.. I can tell this manager runs a tight ship.

I say this VERY lightly, the gentleman who is an employee that sits in the middle of the lobby during busy lunch time, blaring his phone with the same song from YouTube over and over and over on repeat needs to be told to wear headphones. Some people just like to come in there on their lunch hour and relax while they eat their burger or their chicken nuggets and it's a little overstimulating when you have not only the lobby music itself playing but then this guy blaring his phone with the same song on repeat. I've been there when the manager actually told him to turn it down and what did he do 2 minutes later turned it right back up. It's annoying and im sorry if that bothers people but consideration for others has to be a must.

Room temp snack wraps 🤢 my stupid self was so hungry I ate it anyways and ended up with food poisoning. Don't eat here! Zero food safety practices are taken. People touching food without gloves, the bathroom didn't have soap, foods just sitting out-not even under a lamp!
