yeah I've been by a few times, food is frequently cold/not fresh. I was charged $38 bucks on my debit card for a meal under 10 dollars last week for some reason and today we were all told to park then wait for our food from the drive thru....which ended up being cold. Why am I waiting to then be handed cold food?

Why are they parking people from the drive thru? I pulled up , ordered , the took my cash, and parked me.. then did the next 4 cats the same way… there’s NOBODY in the drive thru.. we are we parked waiting 5 mins for fries??? Then they bring the fries out half gone… it’s 13 dollars for combos for half my fries to be gone? This is ridiculous

Come here and see melanie!! She is so sweet and amazing. She was so sweet to my babies and the lady next to us. Gave us all hugs and was so radiant with her light. So so amazing. I cant even begin to say how this was my best mcdonalds experience and just made our day. Whatever yall do mcdonalds, give this lady what she deserves ?

They always say they’re closed once it’s later in the night even though they’re supposed to be 24 hours. Don’t put 24 hours if you’re not going to be and don’t get lazy workers for the night shift, especially if you’re going to be located off a busy freeway.

It was very cold this morning, and I really appreciated that this McDonald’s allowed for a couple homeless gentleman inside to drink coffee and stay out of the cold. The food was hot and ready quickly. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the food was good. Props to ownership and management of this McDonald’s for looking out for those less fortunate in the community. The world could use a few more leaders and entrepreneurs that are willing to go to the extra mile to help those in need. My girlfriend and I would be happy to visit this McDonald’s anytime we’re in Dallas.

Schedule more people. There was about 20 people waiting on Doordash and uber eats and you only had 4 people working including a rude and nasty manager. It’s Christmas, they were bound to get busy so be better prepared. Waiting almost an hour on 6 nuggets and a mc chicken. All timers going off. It’s insane chaos.

The drive thru cashier was very rude and nonchalant. I was having trouble with the McDonalds application and she basically told me what's on there is what it is . She didn't try to help me or go above and beyond to help me. She was very unfriendly and rude.Parking: Mockingbird. Very awesome parking

We went in for breakfast on the way to the airport. The hard rock music was BLASTING. I asked the manager to reduce the volume and he ignored me. I asked again and he said that he would but never did. The restrooms were filthy.
