I made an online order and sat waiting for 15 minutes. The order was set to “table service”, on the app, and I never received it. I walked to the front and there it was sitting on the counter. I wouldn’t have a problem with getting up to get it, but they never called my number, for one, and two, they had two girls standing at the register having a good conversation going so I know it wasn’t a short staff issue.

The manager Roberto Guzman told me to leave McDonalds for not buying in his store but I buy from Mcdonalds almost everyday. There is a one hour policy but he should have more heart with his employees and customers. He also told me that he was going to bring the police on me. Please like this review.

The manager is very intemperate, it is disrespectful to chase a customer away just because, and call the police just because (treating someone who does not deserve it as a criminal) in my experience as a former manager of McDonald's and other restaurant chains, the customer is always right unless there is some type of abuse. And this man abuses his position.

They were way too slow and I was waiting for a very simple order and I finally went in there to ask for refund they told me they already gave my orders they did not they argued with me they finally gave me my money back I'll never go back there again I suggest you never go there ever again does much better McDonald's somewhere else hardly ever eat any McDonald's crap myself

Drive thru experience trash. Can’t even understand what people are ordering. Rushing us out of the drive thru missing items in our bags. The one with the red tatoo on his/her neck needs to be fired. Shitty attitude.
God forbid your mobile order not reach their end or something happens where they might need to use PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS. My mobile order wasn’t going through to their system so they say, even though the guy clearly said my name in the drive thru to confirm it. Regardless, accidents happen- but saying “oh well” “I don’t know what to tell you” “idk what you want me to do”. Make the order, I have the receipt. Make the order and make it right.
