***Update: upper management reached out which i appreciated but it should have never gotten to this point. I changed my score to a 2 to 4, for the worker trying and upper management reaching out.***

My curbside was left on the counter and I had to go inside. I tried to talk to the manager and worker, manager walked away. Worker was confused in what to do, looked at me and said there it is. She explained why I called to the manager and he turned his back and went to the drive thru window. He never acknowledged me. My breakfast sandwich was cold by the time I got it.

I recently picked up DoorDash and Uber Eats orders from this location. Overall, the staff were quick and respectful, especially considering how busy it gets.

I’m giving 3 stars because the doors were being locked very early, around 9 PM, even though the signage says they close at 11 PM. A few customers were sometimes still inside, and the team was still making delivery orders, so most of the time I could get someone to let me in. However, on one visit I went to the door near the delivery area and knocked, and an employee ignored me completely. I ended up having to cancel the order.

Overall, it’s a decent McDonald’s with respectful staff and a good play place, but I would not expect top notch service late at night.

They keep closing the doors before they actually close the dining area. It's a gamble if they are open when it becomes dark.

Clarissa helped me out this evening…I had already placed my order thru the app and then realized I needed to make changes to a couple of the items…she was very accommodating with my issue and made the changes even though it was my fault I messed it up!! Thanks

At the store located in Dallas... near Lancaster street there were only 3 workers serving... the cashier was overwhelmed due to there were at least 10-15 customers waiting to order, no one was there to help with fulfilling any of the orders. A customer spoke to the cashier asking why she wasn't stopping and filling the orders. Cashier finally stopped and tried to quickly fill the orders. However, she left off the cheese on the 2 egg, cheese, and sausage mcmuffins. We were trying to not be late for a medical appointment.

This is the 2nd time that I have bought a holiday pie in the evening/night time from this location, and it's very evident that it is old because the custard inside is discolored (a dark yellow color), and I'm not able to bite into the pie because it is so hard. I have not had this experience when purchasing pies earlier in the day at this location, so now I know not to purchase one beyond the morning shift. If pies cannot be baked fresh to order or kept fresh for the later shifts then this might be an item to be considered unavailable after a certain time of the day. Because it is very unfortunate to have to literally throw money away because the quality of the item you purchased was terrible!

Didn’t ring my order up correctly. Went to the pick up windowI ask for jelly, the cashier said there isn’t any jelly.. ok cool! I leave to eat my sandwich I notice it had the wrong egg on there.. Went back to get sandwich fixed.. The lady served me a round egg in a McNugget box. Round egg was stuck to the box cheese came off sandwich stuck to the folded egg. Right before I received it I overheard a couple of associates laugh. Like they knew thats the improper move to make working but joking out loud in a trillion dollar corporation. I Didn’t make a fuss, I just rode off to write this review. They charge for .50 cents for caramel and chocolate a piece $1.00 for the expresso shot and .59 for the crushed Oreo. Being honest this isn’t my first time having a negative experience at this particular restaurant. Great location. Horrible work practices. Sub par etiquette. Burger might have too much sauce on it ,it might not even missing something sometimes. It’s always something with this particular location my experience..I think it’s best that I stay far away from this location for a long time.

Horrible service. Ordered on the app food was still being made. Had enough time to get the condiments ready but didn’t receive. Had to go back through drive thru and wait in line to get less the amount of condiments I was suppose to receive.

I went to the drive through after a really long day. There were two cars ahead of me in the other line and I don’t mind waiting my turn but was a little annoyed when I wasn’t greeted next but the car that came after me got their order taken first. That was whatever. When the girl finally started taking my order, she asked if the order was medium or large. I told her just a regular meal because that’s just how it naturally came out and she just kept asking. I let her know several times I had answered her question, and then clarified that a regular meal is a medium meal and she took that to be “attitude” and then said she refused to take my order. I asked what she meant that I just wanted to complete my order and she just kept saying no we have the right to refuse service. I just pulled up next in line and decided to either finish it with her at the window or if she wouldn’t help I would go to the second window. When I got to the window I told her I wanted to finish my order because I don’t understand what happened. She was so combative and said that I was giving her attitude. I again explained I was clarifying because we weren’t understanding and I just wanted to place my order and move on with my day. I was ordering for my daughter and myself and so I had to clarify the order with her in the car and the lady just kept hassling us about what we wanted. My daughter is 14 so like sorry she was figuring it out, yikes. Anyway, she was very unpleasant so when I got to the second window I asked for her name to leave feedback. The guy brought another woman to the window (who was very nice and helpful), she apologized for her terrible customer service and I could tell this wasn’t a one off experience. She gave me the woman’s name who gave bad service (Cindy) and my experience with those two people at the second window was fine. My food was correct and hot and fresh. This girl doesn’t need to be talking to customers at all if this is a common occurrence. Maybe she needs another role. 🫤 I otherwise generally have a good experience at this location

The Big Mac looks like it was just thrown up in there, the fries were hard and COLD and weren’t even filled enough! They didn’t even fill my drink up and the meal didn’t even come with the pickle packet??? Like is that not the whole purpose of the meal.
